چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر عبارت از شناسایی رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی کاری با میانجیگری محبوبیت اجتماعی اساتید دانشگاه لرستان بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشگاه لرستان می باشد که تعداد آنها بالغ بر 254 بود. به منظور انتخاب نمونه آماری، تعداد 148 نفر که از طریق جدول کرجسی و مورگان برآورد شده بود؛ با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری طبقهای نسبی انتخاب گردید. برای گردآوری داده های مورد نظر، از سه فرم پرسشنامه سرمایه اجتماعی، محبوبیت اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی کاری که از روایی محتوی و پایایی قابل قبول برخوردار بودند؛ استفاده شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیه اساسی تحقیق که عبارت بود از "متغیر محبوبیت اجتماعی در رابطه با سرمایه اجتماعی اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه و کیفیت زندگی کاری آنان نقش تعدیل گر دارد"؛ آزمون معادلات ساختاری و با بهره گیری از نرم افزارهای SPSS و LISREL، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج مبین آن بود که بین سرمایه اجتماعی اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه و کیفیت زندگی آنان رابطه مثبت وجود دارد؛ این رابطه با تعدیل گری متغیر محبوبیت اجتماعی آنان افزایش می یابد. به عبارت دیگر محبوبیت اجتماعی، علاوه بر آنکه موجب افزایش کیفیت زندگی کاری اساتید می شود؛ رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و کیفیت زندگی کاری آنان را نیز قوی تر می کند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
This study aims to identify the relationship between social capital and quality of work life with moderating of social popularity in faculty members of Lorestan University. The study population included all faculty members of Lorestan University that their number was over 254. In order to select the sample, 148 individuals through krejcie and Morgan table, using stratified sampling method was selected. To collect the data, the three forms of social capital questionnaire, social popularity and quality of work life that the validity and reliability were acceptable, were used. In order to analyze the basic hypothesis of the research, structural equation model using SPSS and LISREL, were analyzed. The results show that social capital between faculty members and their quality of work life is a positive relationship; this relationship has a moderator variable as social popularity. In other words, social popularity increasing the work life quality of faculty members and developed relationship between social capital and quality of their work life of faculty members as a moderator.
