چکیده مقاله :
هدف کلی تحقیق حاضر ارزیابی تمایل به پذیرش سیستمهای اطلاعاتی مدیریت و تاثیر آن بر تحول پذیری سازمانی کارکنان ادارهی آموزش و پرورش شهرستان مراغه میباشد. الگوی مورد نظر در این تحقیق در رابطه با تحول پذیری سازمانی، مدل جان گاتر و پیتر دراکر است. برای این منظور پرسشنامه تحول پذیری سازمانی بر اساس مدل جان گاتر و پیتر دراکر در هشت زمینه مختلف؛ در ابعاد ایجاد احساس ضرورت و فوریت، ایجاد ائتلاف راهنما، توسعه چشم انداز و استراتژی، انتقال چشم انداز تحول به دیگران، توانمندسازی کارکنان برای انجام اقدامات فراگیر، خلق پیروزی های کوتاه مدت، جمع بندی پیروزیها و ایجاد تحول بیشتر و نهادینه ساختن دیدگاه های جدید در فرهنگ و تمایل به پذیرش سیستم های اطلاعاتی مدیریت در پنج بعد؛ مرتبط بودن اطلاعات، دقت در اطلاعات ارائه شده، صحت اطلاعات ارائه شده، ایمنی اطلاعات ارائه شده و میزان و نوع اطلاعات تعریف و در این راستا دو فرضیه اصلی و پنج فرضیه فرعی تنظیم گردیده است. برای آزمون فرضیهها، پرسشنامه سیستمهای اطلاعاتی مدیریت، با 18 سؤال و پرسشنامه تحول پذیری سازمانی با 42 سؤال، پس از سنجش روایی و پایایی در اختیار نمونه آماری که از میان کارکنان ادارهی آموزش و پرورش شهرستان مراغه به تعداد 41 نفر انتخاب شده بودند، قرار داده شد. پس از جمع آوری اطلاعات، اطلاعات حاصله تلخیص و طبقه بندی شده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای جمع آوری شده از آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنف، همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون استفاده شده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیهها بیانگر تاثیرگذاری سیستم های اطلاعاتی مدیریت و هر یک از ابعاد (مرتبط بودن اطلاعات، دقت در اطلاعات ارائه شده، صحت اطلاعات ارائه شده، ایمنی اطلاعات ارائه شده، میزان و نوع اطلاعات) بر تحول پذیری سازمانی کارکنان ادارهی آموزش و پرورش شهرستان مراغه میباشد و همچنین میانگین میزان پذیرش سیستمهای اطلاعاتی مدیریت در کارکنان ادارهی آموزش و پرورش شهرستان پایین تر از حد متوسط میباشد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Abstract The purpose of this study is to assess the tendency to accept management information systems and its impact on the organizational transformation of employees of the education department of Maragheh city. The model in this research is related to organizational transformation, John Gutter and Peter Drucker's model. For this purpose, the organizational transformation questionnaire based on the John Gutter and Peter Drucker model in eight different fields, in terms of creating a sense of urgency and urgency, creating a coalitions guide, developing a vision and strategy, transferring the perspective of transformation to others, empowering employees to carry out actions Inclusive, creating short-term victories, summing up victories and creating more transformation, and institutionalizing new perspectives on culture and the willingness to accept information management systems in five dimensions: the relevance of information, the accuracy of information provided, the accuracy of provided information, The safety of information provided and the amount and type of information defined and in In this way, two main hypotheses and five sub-hypotheses are set. To test the hypotheses, the management information system questionnaire (18 items) and organizational transformation questionnaire (42 items) were evaluated based on the validity and reliability of the sample of 41 managers selected from the education staff of Maragheh city. given. After collecting the information, the obtained information was classified and classified and Kolmogorov Smirnov, R Pireson and regression tests were used to analyze the collected data. The results of hypothesis testing indicate the impact of management information systems and each dimension (relevance of information, accuracy of provided information, accuracy of provided information, provided information safety, amount and type of information) on the organizational transformation of the staff of the education department and Breeding is the city of Maragheh Also, the average of acceptance of management information systems in the staff of the Education Department of the city is lower than the average.
