چکیده مقاله :
خشنودی شغلی معلمان، به عنوان عهدهدار تربیت یک نسل، نقش غیر قابل انکاری در آموزش و افزایش بهرهوری آن دارد بنابراین اهمیت توجه به کاربرد مشاوره شغلی در این قشر بارزتر میشود زیرا میتواند به افراد کمک کند تا با مسائل ومشکلات مختلف محیط شغلی بهترکنار بیایند که منجر به افزایش خشنودی شغلی آنان می شود . روش پژوهش ، نیمه آزمایشی با پیشآزمون و پسآزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری ، تمامی معلمان زن مقطع ابتدایی منطقه 7 شهرداری شهرشیراز بودند. نمونهگیری به شیوه تصادفی خوشهای انجام شد و 12 مدرسه انتخاب شدند سپس پرسشنامه خشنودی شغلی روی معلمان آنان اجر ا شد و از کسانی که نمره کمتری گرفتند، 40 نفر انتخاب شدند و به دوگروه تقسیم شدند. یکی ازگروههای 20 نفره بهتصادف در گروه گواه و گروه دیگر به عنوان گروه آزمایش، جایگزین شدند. گروه آزمایش ، 8 جلسه 5/1 ساعته آموزش دریافت کرد سپس، پسآزمون اجرا و یک ماه بعد پیگیری انجام شد. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس و آزمون t وابسته تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که مشاوره شغلی مبتنی بر تلفیق الگوی چند محوری شفیعآبادی و نظریه یادگیری اجتماعی کرامبولتز بر خشنودی شغلی معلمان زن، تأثیر معنادار دارد و نتایج در طول زمان پایدار بوده است.استفاده از تلفیق نظریه های مشاوره شغلی می تواند بر افزایش سطح خشنودی شغلی معلمان، ،تاثیر قابل توجهی داشته باشد و آن را بهبود ببخشد. لذا پیشنهاد می شود از این روش تلفیقی استفاده شود.
Introduction: vocational Gratification of teachers as responsible for upbringing a generation has undeniable role in training and increase the productivity. So the importance of the application of career counseling in this group is more important because it can help people to better cope with different problems of business environment that is lead to increasing their vocational Gratification
Methods: Methodology was semi-experimental with pre-test and post-test and control group. The statistical population were all primary school teachers of region 7 of Shiraz Municipality. sampling was done with random Clustering method and 12 schools were selected, then questionnaire of job satisfaction was conducted on their teachers and between those which get the lower scores 40 person was selected and They were divided into two groups one of the group that have 20 persons selected randomly as a control group and the other group was selected as a examination group.Experimental group received 8 sessions that every season was 1.5 hours education based on integration of Shafiabady’s multiaxial pattern with Krumboltz’s social learning theory then The post-test was done and follow-up was conducted one month later. Data was analysed with the covariance analysis and dependent t-student test.
Results: The results showed that career counseling based on the integration of Shafiabady’s multiaxial pattern and Krumboltz’s social learning theory has a significant impact on job satisfaction of women teachers and the results have been stable during the time.
Conclusion: using integrated career counseling theories can raise the level of jobsatisfaction teachers have significant influence and improve it . Therefore, it is recommended that the compilation method used.
