بررسی و مقایسه همبستگی شاخه های مختلف تحصیلی با مهارت های اینترنتی و مؤلفه های حرفه ای معلمان

چکیده
این پژوهش، با هدف بررسی و مقایسه همبستگی بین شاخه های تحصیلی با مهارت های اینترنتی و مؤلفه های مهارت های حرفه ای معلمان مدارس مازندران انجام شده است. روش تحقیق توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه معلمان مدارس متوسطه دوم تشکیل داده که از بین آنها 384 نفر با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان و روش ترکیبی خوشه ای، طبقه ای و تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از آزمون تستی چهارگزینهای حاوی 10 سؤال برای سنجش مهارت های اینترنتی که ضریب دشواری آن برابر با 46/0 و پرسشنامهای شامل 20 سؤال برای سنجش مؤلفه های مهارتهای حرفهای معلمان با ضریب پایایی 85/0 استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و به کمک نرمافزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد، بین مهارت های اینترنتی با مؤلفه های مهارت های حرفه ای معلمان در شاخه ی کار- دانش و شاخه ی فنی و حرفه ای رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. اما بین مهارت های اینترنتی با مؤلفه های مهارت های حرفه ای معلمان در شاخه ی نظری در هیج یک از متغیرها رابطه معنادار وجود ندارد. بدین معنی که، مهارت های اینترنتی و مهارت های حرفه ای معلمان در شاخه ی کار- دانش و شاخه ی فنی و حرفه ای به ترتیب از بیشترین، و معلمان شاخه ی علوم نظری از کمترین مهارت اینترنتی و مهارت های حرفه ای در بین شاخه های تحصیلی برخوردار است.
Abstract
This research aims to analyze and compare correlation between fields of study and internet and professional skills of Mazandran school teachers. The study method is descriptive in correlation type. The population of the study includes all secondary level teachers out of whom 384 subjects have been chosen by korjesi-Morgan table using simple, random, cluster and combined methods. The data were collected using a 10-question multiple choice test to assess internet skills with difficulty coefficient of 0.46 and a 20-question questionnaire to assess the components of teachers’ professional skills with the reliability of 0.85. The data have been analyzed by Pearson correlation test using SPSS software. The findings indicated that there is a meaningful relationship between teachers' internet skills and the components of professional skills in technical-vocational fields of study. However, no meaningful relationship exists between internet skills and teachers' professional skills in theoretical fields. The findings imply that teachers’ internet skills and professional skills are the highest in technical-vocational fields and the teachers in theoretical fields have the least internet and professional skills among the educational fields of study.
