اثربخشی تحلیل ارتباط متقابل(TA) برتغییر قصه عشق و دلزدگی زناشویی زنان

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش تبیین اثربخشی آموزش تحلیل ارتباط متقابل بر تغییر قصه عشق و دلزدگی زناشویی زنان است. طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی به شیوه پیش آزمون و پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری است. جامعه پژوهش زنان مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره وابسته به شهرداری شیراز در سه ماهه آخر سال 92 به تعداد87 نفر بودند. تعداد 24 نفر به صورت تصادفی از بین کسانی که نمره (درجه) دلزدگی آنان بالای 3 بود، به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و در2 گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسه آموزش تحلیل ارتباط متقابل (TA) شرکت داده شدند، اما گروه کنترل مداخله ای دریافت نکردند. در این مطالعه از مقیاسهای دلزدگی پاینز و قصه عشق استرنبرگ استفاده شد. دادههای پژوهش به روشهای تحلیل کوواریانس تک متغیره و چند متغیره و آزمون t جفت شده به کمک نرم افزار SPSS2 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بودند که آموزش تحلیل متقابل، دلزدگی زناشویی زنان را به گونهای معنا دار کاهش میدهد، اما تاثیری معنادار بر قصه عشق زنان نداشت. نتایج بدست آمده در دوره پی گیری نیز پایدار بودآموزش تحلیل ارتباط متقابل بر کاهش دلزدگی زنان موثر است و میتوان در جلسههای مشاورهای و روان درمانی زوج و خانواده مورد استفاده مشاوران قرار بگیرد.
The aim of recent study was to examine the effectiveness of group training transactional analysis on couple burnout and love story in women. The research method was quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test control group with follow up session. The sample consisted of 87 people who had gone to counseling centers affiliated to Shiraz Municipality in last quarter of 2014. Randomly, 24 people were selected among those whose score was upper than 3 in couple burnout scale and then were separated in tow groups as control and experimental. The experimental group participated in 10 training sessions of Transactional Analysis. In this study, the research tools were Pinze couple burnout and love story. The inferential statistics (analysis of covariance and t-test) helped to analyze data by SPSS version 20. The results indicated that transactional analysis training significantly reduces women's marital burnout, but has no significant effects on women’s Love story. This study showed transactional analysis training reduces women's marital burnout so this approach can be used in couples and families interventions to reduce burnout among couples.
