نقش ساختار شهری مطلوب در تحقق و توسعه ی شهر دانش (مطالعه ی موردی: شهر بندرعباس)

چکیده مقاله :
رویکرد جدید توسعه شهری مبتنی بر دانش بر چهار جنبهی کلیدی اقتصادی، محیطی، سازمانی و اجتماعی- فرهنگی تمرکز یکپارچه دارد به طوریکه ظهور اقتصاد مبتنی بر دانش به عنوان عامل اصلی توسعهی اقتصاد جهانی و محلی به حساب میآید. از این رو هدف این پژوهش نقش ساختار شهری مطلوب در تحقق و توسعهی شهر دانش بندرعباس با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و سنجش کمی (پرسشنامه) و با بهرهگیری از آزمون مقایسه زوجی، T و فریدمن میباشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق، کارکنان دانش در 55 مرکز رشد و فناوری بندرعباس میباشند، که مجموعاً 258 نفر کل جامعه میباشد. نتایج حاکی از آن است که با استفاده از مقایسهی وضع موجود شهر بندرعباس و شهر دانش مطلوب توسط نمودار عنکبوتی، مشخص شد شهر بندرعباس از لحاظ شاخصهای شهر دانش تفاوتهایی با ایدهآل دارد و بیشترین اختلاف مربوط به شاخص ساختار شهری است و نتایج حاصل از آزمون T نشان میدهد که از بین اصول شهر دانش، میانگین اهمیت شاخص ساختار شهری با 2.95 دارای بیشترین مقدار، زیرساخت های شهری با مقدار 2.90 و اشتراک گذاری دانش با 2.71 و اهمیت فناوری و اطلاعات با مقدار 1.90 به ترتیب دارای مقدار میانگین بیشتری هستند. همچنین مقایسه میانگین رتبهها نشان میدهد که بالاترین میانگین رتبه به ساختار شهری با مقدار 3.88 اختصاص دارد که بدین معناست که مهم ترین شاخص موثر در جذب کارکنان دانش در شهر بندرعباس از نظر طبقهی خلاق، ساختار شهری مطلوب است. بنابراین به منظور حفظ کارکنان دانش در شهر بندرعباس و با توجه به پایین بودن میانگین رتبه ای محیط دانش محور، امنیت دانش محور و دولت دانش محور باید این سه مورد در دستور کار مسئولین شهری، نخبگان و مردم قرار گیرد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The new approach to knowledge-based urban development focuses on four key economic, environmental, organizational and socio-cultural aspects, so that the emergence of knowledge-based economy is considered as the main factor in the development of global and local economies. Therefore, the purpose of this study is the role of the desired urban structure in the realization and development of the city of knowledge in Bandar Abbas by descriptive-analytical method and quantitative measurement (questionnaire) and using the pairwise comparison test, T and Friedman. The statistical population of the study is knowledge staff in 55 growth and technology centers of Bandar Abbas, which is a total of 258 people in the whole community. The results show that by comparing the current situation of Bandar Abbas and the city of knowledge with the spider diagram, it was found that Bandar Abbas has differences with the ideal in terms of indicators of the city of knowledge and the biggest difference is related to the structure index. It is urban and the results of the T test show that among the principles of the city of knowledge, the average importance of the urban structure index with 2.95 has the highest value, urban infrastructure with 2.90 and knowledge sharing with 2.71 and the importance of technology and information with 1.90 have a higher average value, respectively. Also, the comparison of the average rankings shows that the highest average rank is allocated to the urban structure with a value of 3.88, which means that the most important effective indicator in attracting knowledge staff in Bandar Abbas in terms of creative class is the desirable urban structure. Therefore, in order to retain knowledge workers in Bandar Abbas and due to the low average rank of knowledge-based environment, knowledge-based security and knowledge-based government, these three items should be on the agenda of city officials, elites and people.
