چکیده
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثر بخشی آموزش راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان بر کاهش تعارضات زناشویی در کارکنان متاهل بیمارستان شهید بهشتی شیراز تدوین یافته و از میان بخش های مختلف بیمارستان از 200 نفر از کارکنان متاهلی که شرایط شرکت در پژوهش را داشتند، پرسشنامه تعارضات زناشویی اجرا گردید و 40 نفر از افرادی که نمره بالایی در تعارض زناشویی کسب نمودند در دو گروه 20 نفری، کنترل و آزمایش قرار گرفتند، سپس در گروه آزمایش آموزش راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان گراس در هشت جلسه یک ونیم ساعته انجام گرفت و بعد از آن از دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل، پس آزمون گرفته شد و نتایج بررسی گردید، برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادها، علاوه بر روشهای آمار توصیفی نظیر میانگین و انحراف معیار از روش آماری تحلیل کوواریانس (مانکوا) استفاده شد و نتایج نشان دادکه آموزش راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان باعث کاهش تعارضات زناشویی در ابعاد مختلف آن، گردید.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive emotion regulation strategies on dimension of marital conflict reduction of Shahid Beheshti Hospital staff in Shiraz. From among different sections of the hospital, 200 marital workers with the conditions of participation in the research, conflict tests Marriage was performed and 40 people who had high score in marital conflict was divided into two groups of 20, control and experiment. Then, in the experimental group, training the emotional grasses cognitive strategies were performed in eight sessions one and a half hours And then The experimental and control groups were subjected to post-test and the results were analyzed. For analyzing the data, in addition to descriptive statistics methods such as mean and standard deviation, the covariance analysis (MANCOVA) method was used and the results showed that training strategies for cognitive emotion regulation It reduced marital conflicts in different dimensions.
