اثربخشی حساسیت زدایی با حرکات چشم و بازپردازش مجدد بر تنظیم هیجان، مکانیزم دفاعی و کیفیت زندگی در دختران نوجوان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف تعیین تاثیر حساسیت زدایی با حرکات چشم و بازپردازش مجدد بر تنظیم هیجان، مکانیزم دفاعی و کیفیت زندگی در دختران نوجوان مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب اجتماعی انجام شد. طرح این پژوهش نیمه تجربی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانش آموزان دوره دوم متوسطه مشغول به تحصیل در سال تحصیلی 97-96 شهر کرج بود. با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی خوشه ای چندمرحله ای تعداد 30 نفر از دانش آموزان دارای نمرات بالا در پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی انتخاب شده و به تصادف در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارش شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی اسپنس، پرسشنامه تنظیم شناختی- هیجانی، پرسشنامه مکانیزم های دفاعی و پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی بود. برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در مرحله پس آزمون بین میانگین نمرات راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی- هیجانی مثبت و منفی و نمره کل کیفیت زندگی و هر یک از ابعاد آن در آزمودنی های دو گروه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد، تفاوت بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در نمره مکانیسم دفاعی رشد یافته از نظر آماری معنادار بود(05/0>P). در مجموع نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که جلسات حساسیت زدایی با حرکات چشم و بازپردازش مجدد تاثیر معناداری در افزایش استفاده از تنظیمات هیجانی مثبت و کیفیت زندگی و استفاده بیشتر از مکانیسم دفاعی رشد یافته دارد.
The present study aimed at exploring the effect of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) on emotion regulation, defense mechanisms, and quality of life of female students with social anxiety. The research was quasi-experimental following a pretest-posttest control group design. The population of the study consisted of all upper secondary level female students of Karaj city in 2017. Thirty students were selected through multi-stage cluster sampling from among those whose scores were high on the Social Anxiety Questionnaire and were then assigned to an experimental and a control group. The instruments of the study included the Spence Social Anxiety Scale, the Cognitive-Emotion Questionnaire, the Defense Mechanism Rating Scale, and the WHO Quality of Life questionnaire. The data were analyzed using covariance analysis with SPSS v.22. The results indicated a significant difference between the groups in the mean scores of positive and negative cognitive-emotion strategies and the total score of quality of life as well as all of its dimensions (p < 0.05). The results also revealed a significant difference between the groups in the mean scores of mature, immature and neurotic defense mechanisms (p < 0.05).
