ارزیابی لاین های جدید برنج بر اساس صفات کمی و کیفی

در این تحقیق عملکرد 34 لاین انتخابی به همراه دو رقم بینام و هاشمی به عنوان شاهد در استان گیلان و عملکرد 24 لاین انتخابی به همراه ارقام ندا و فجر به عنوان شاهد در استان مازندران به صورت طرح لاتیس در موسسه تحقیقات برنج کشور در سال 1387 مورد مقایسه قرار گرفت.[M1] در طول دوره رشد، عملکرد دانه، ارتفاع بوته، تعداد خوشه، تعداد دانه در خوشه، وزن هزار دانه، تعداد روز تا 50 درصد گلدهی، روز تا رسیدن کامل، طول خوشه، میزان آمیلوز، درجه حرارت ژلاتینی شدن، درصد ثبات و قوام ژل لاین ها اندازهگیری شدند. بر اساس نتایج آزمایش و با در نظر گرفتن خصوصیات مهم کمی و کیفی، تعداد هشت لاین برای استان گیلان و تعداد هفت لاین برای استان مازندران انتخاب شدند تا در آزمایشات سازگاری مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرند. ارقام انتخابی دارای عملکرد 71/7-58/5 تن در هکتار، ارتفاع بوته مناسب 137-108 سانتیمتر، میزان آمیلوز متوسط 5/22-1/21 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم، درجه حرارت ژلاتینی شدن 9/5-4 درجه سلسیوس، میزان تبدیل 3/72-4/62 و مقاومت به بیماری بلاست با نمره 2-1 بودند و به عنوان لاین های امیدبخش انتخاب و معرفی شدند.
Yield of 34 selected rice lines along with two check cultivars (Hashemi and Binam) was evaluated based on qualitative and quantitative characteristics in Gilan province, Iran. Also, yield of 24 selected lines with two check varieties (Fajr and Neda) was compared in Mazandaran province in a lattice design at Rice Research Institute of Iran in 2008. Traits like grain yield, plant height, number of panicle, grain number in panicle, 1000 grain weight, days to 50% flowering, maturity, amylase content, gel consistency and gelatinization temperature were measured. Based on the results, eight rice lines for Gilan and seven rice cultivars for Mazandaran province were selected based on important qualitative and quantitative characteristics for evaluation in adaptation experiments. Yield of the selected lines ranged from 5.58 to 7.71 t.ha-1. They had also other proper characteristics including plant height of 108-137 cm, amylase content of 21.1-22.5 mg.kg-1, Gelatinization temperature of 62.4-72.3˚C, and good resistance to blast disease (score between 1-2). Therefore, the selected lines were promising for improving advanced rice lines.
