چکیده مقاله :
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی بسترها و الزامات مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر در دانشکده¬های موضوعی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی است. این پژوهش از نظر جهت¬گیری، کاربردی، از نظر رویکرد پژوهش، کیفی و از نظر استراتژی¬های پژوهش، تحلیل مضمون (روش شبکه مضامین) می¬باشد. مشارکت¬کنندگان شامل 23 نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان مدیریت دانشگاهی (دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی) و مدیریت صنعتی در استان خراسان رضوی بوده¬اند که به شیوه¬ای هدفمند و ملاک¬محور انتخاب شده¬اند. انتخاب مشارکت¬کنندگان و انجام مصاحبه¬های نیمه¬ساختاریافته با آنها، تا رسیدن به مرحله اشباع نظری داده¬ها، ادامه یافت. به منظور تأمین روایی و پایایی از معیارهای لینکن و گوبا بهره گرفته شد. تحلیل داده¬ها و طبقه¬بندی آنها نشان‌دهنده¬ 5 مضمون فراگیر، 16 مضمون سازمان¬دهنده و 77 مضمون پایه بوده است. الزامات فرهنگی - زمینه¬ای (دربرگیرنده ویژگی¬های خصیصه¬ای حاکمیتی؛ تناسب توسعه ساختاری و فرهنگ عمومی نهادی)؛ الزامات فرایندی-راهبردی (مشتمل بر مضامین سازمان¬دهنده مدیریت دانش، قوانین و رویه¬های سازمانی و فرایند نظارت و ارزیابی سازمانی)؛ الزامات علمی- محتوایی (شامل گزینش رویکردهای بهینه حکمرانی، برنامه درسی و مواد و منابع آموزشی)؛ الزامات مدیریت و رهبری (مشتمل بر مهارت¬ها و توانمندی¬ها، دانش¬های عمومی-حرفه¬ای و ویژگی¬های شخصیتی) و الزامات منابع انسانی (شامل مضامین سازمان¬دهنده تدوین کارآمد برنامه¬های توسعه حرفه¬ای، جبران خدمات بهینه و نیازسنجی منابع انسانی) می¬باشد.
The main goal of the current research is to identify the bases and requirements of comprehensive quality management in subject faculties of Islamic Azad University. This research is applied in terms of orientation, qualitative in terms of research approach, and theme analysis (theme network method) in terms of research strategies. The participants included 23 specialists and experts in academic management (Islamic Azad University) and industrial management in Razavi Khorasan province, who were selected in a purposeful and criterion-oriented manner. Selection of participants and conducting semi-structured interviews with them continued until the theoretical data saturation stage was reached. In order to ensure validity and reliability, Lincoln and Goba criteria were used. Data analysis and their classification showed 5 overarching themes, 16 organizing themes and 77 basic themes. cultural-contextual requirements (including governance characteristics; appropriateness of structural development and general institutional culture); process-strategic requirements (including organizational themes of knowledge management, organizational rules and procedures, and organizational monitoring and evaluation process); Scientific-content requirements (including the selection of optimal governance approaches, curriculum and educational materials and resources); Management and leadership requirements (including skills and capabilities, general-professional knowledge, and personality traits) and human resources requirements (including organizational themes, efficient development of professional development programs, compensation optimal services and human resource needs assessment).
