بررسی شفافیت و اعتماد در بلاکچین به عنوان ابزاری برای مدیریت نوین

شفافیت و اعتماد به عنوان دو مفهوم مرتبط اساسی و اسطورههای قابل ستایش برآمده از خواست و ضرورت جوامع هستند که از دیرباز کانون مطالبات و مناقشات فراوانی بودهاند. در این راستا، فناوری بلاکچین نوع جدیدی از تکنولوژی مبتکرانه است که با بستری از توانمندی و پایگاه اطلاعاتی اجتماعی بیواسطه و تضمین شده، درک ما از واقعیتهای اجتماعی و ساختارهای روایتی که از حوزه کنش انتزاع میشوند را مستندسازی و پیکربندی میکند. دیدگاه پدیدارشناختی سازگار بر ماهیت، روح و معماری حاکم بر بلاکچین یک اکوسیستم شفاف و قابل اعتماد تحولآفرین را نشان داده و بینشهای جدیدی را در مقایسه با آنچه ما بهعنوان واقعیت میشناسیم ارائه میدهد. بر این اساس، این پژوهش در پاسخ به وجود شفافیت و اعتماد در فناوری بلاکچین و با هدف دانشافزایی، پرکردن خلاء دانشی، به دنبال کشف و تبیین اسطورهای معنایی برآمده از خواستهای اخلاقی و اجتماعی نهان در فناوری بلاکچین میباشد. بدین منظور، با روش تحلیل محتوا و تعمیم نظری، تجربیات و مطالعات جهانی برآمده از روش اسنادی و کتابخانهای را با استفاده از نرم افزار Atlas.ti مورد پایش و کدگذاری قرار داده و در نهایت به تبیین، ترسیم و ساختاربندی رویکرد مفهومی و الگوی همگرای آن پرداخته است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که بلاکچین به واسطهی ماهیت، ظرفیت و قابلیتهایش، شفافیت کامل و اعتمادی مطلوب را ایجاد میکند؛ فلذا شفافیت و اعتماد، دو اسطوره بالقوه در بلاکچین هستند که میتواند بالفعل شوند.
Transparency and trust are two related and fundamental concepts and praiseworthy myths that arose from the will and necessity of societies. They have been the center of many demands and disputes in the past. In this regard, blockchain technology is a new type of innovative technology that provides a platform of empowerment and social databases without intermediaries and guarantees. Blockchain documents and configures our understanding of social realities and narrative structures that emerge from the field of abstract action. A consistent phenomenological perspective on the nature and architecture of blockchain makes it possible to demonstrate a transparent and reliable transformative ecosystem. And it provides new insights compared to what we know as reality. Based on this, this research has been done in response to the existence of transparency and trust in blockchain technology. The aim of this research is to increase knowledge and fill the knowledge gap, and it seeks to discover and explain the semantic myths arising from the ethical and social demands hidden in blockchain technology. For this purpose, with the method of content analysis and theoretical generalization, he has monitored and coded global experiences and studies resulting from documentary and library methods using Atlas.ti software. Finally, it has explained, drawn, and structured the conceptual approach and its model. The results of this research show that blockchain creates complete transparency and trust due to its nature, capacity, and capabilities. Therefore, transparency and trust are two potential myths in blockchain that can become actual.
