چکیده مقاله :
A high level of political trust among citizens is a significant political advantage and indicates the political legitimacy of the ruling system. A government that enjoys the political trust of its citizens will not only maintain stable political stability but also succeed in advancing its programs and policies. Ayatollah Khamenei's perspective on this matter is particularly insightful, as he has repeatedly emphasized: "The issue of restoring people's trust and hope is important because the greatest asset of the government is the people's trust." This research, therefore, aims to delve into the theoretical and conceptual discussions on political trust, examining it and its indicators from the unique perspective of Ayatollah Khamenei. This research aims to answer the central question: What are the indicators of political trust from Ayatollah Khamenei's perspective, and how are they achieved? The findings of this research, based on the analysis of Ayatollah Khamenei's speeches, show that political trust, from his point of view, has four primary indicators: 1) People's trust in the Islamic system as a foundation for social cohesion and solidarity; 2) Mutual trust between the people and officials as a basis for preserving the system; 3) The necessity of trust and faith in the general movement of the people as a precursor to political participation; 4) Mutual trust between the people and the Leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Each indicator has several components; political trust is achieved by implementing them.
