چکیده مقاله :
پایداری نهاد خانواده در اعصار مختلف تاریخی دلالت بر اهمیت و کارکردی بودن آن است و سلامت و بالندگی هر جامعه وابسته به سلامت و رشد خانواده میباشد، از طرفی تحکیم خانواده نیازمند سازگاری کامل و سازگاری زوجین، نیازمند الگوی سواد ارتباطی است؛ بنابراین، هدف از این پژوهش ارائه راهبردهای تحقق قوانین و سیاستهای کلی نظام در زمینه سازگاری زوجین از طریق ارائه الگوی سواد ارتباطی میباشد و بدین منظور از روش کیفی نظریه داده بنیاد استفاده شد. جهت جمعآوری دادهها از مصاحبههای نیمه ساختار یافته و برای تسهیل دستیابی به مشارکت کنندگان از نمونهگیری نظری بهرهگیری شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل اساتید، صاحبنظران و متخصصان (در حوزههای مختلف اعم از: ارتباطات اجتماعی، رسانه، جامعهشناسی، مشاوره، حقوقی، فرهنگ، خانواده و سایر عرصههای مرتبط) بودند که علیرغم اشباع نظری محقق تا پایان مصاحبه سیودوم، برای اطمینان بیشتر از نتایج، مصاحبهها تا 35 نفر ادامه یافت، اما کدهای جدیدی استحصال نشد. «شرایط علّی» شامل: تصورات قالبی، افکار سنتی، تجربیات خانوادگی و ...؛ «شرایط مداخلهگر» شامل: جایگاه خانواده، والدین، اطرافیان و ...؛ «شرایط زمینهای» شامل: آفتهای تعاملی و ارتباطی، مسائل فرهنگی و ...؛ «استراتژیها و راهبردها» شامل: ابزارهای سازگاری، آموزش کامل و ... و «نتایج و پیامدهای حاصل» شامل: پیشرفت، رشد، آگاهیبخشی و ... میباشند؛ لذا توصیه میشود قبل از پذیرش دعاوی و تشکیل پروندههای متعدد حقوقی و قضایی مرتبط با ناسازگاری و طلاق زوجین، از ظرفیتهای قانونی سیاستهای کلی نظام برای بهرهگیری از الگوی سواد ارتباطی در مجامع خانواده محور، دفاتر مشاوره و شوراهای حل اختلاف زوجین استفاده شود
The stability of the family institution in different historical eras indicates its importance and functionality, and the health and growth of any society depends on the health and growth of the family. On the other hand, family consolidation requires complete compatibility and compatibility of couples, requires a model of communication literacy; Therefore, the purpose of this research is to provide strategies for the realization of the laws and general policies of the system in the field of couple compatibility through the communication literacy model And for this purpose, the qualitative method of foundational data theory was used. To collect data from semi-structured interviews and to facilitate access. Theoretical sampling has been used for the participants. The statistical population of this research included professors, experts and specialists (in various fields such as: social communication, media, sociology, counseling, legal, culture, family and other related fields) who, despite the theoretical saturation of the researcher until the end of the 35nd interview, But new codes were not extracted. "Causal conditions" include: conventional idea… ; "Intervening conditions" include: position of family…; "Contextual conditions" include: interactive…, cultural issues; "Strategies and strategies" include: adaptation tools… and "results and consequences" include: progress…; Therefore, it is recommended to use the legal capacities of the general policies of the system to take advantage of the model of communication literacy in family-oriented assemblies, counseling offices and couples' dispute resolution councils before accepting lawsuits and filing numerous legal and judicial cases related to marital incompatibility and divorce.
