چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش شناسایی و رتبه¬بندی راهبردها و پیامدهای دانشگاه فرهنگساز با تاکید بر توسعه پایدار، است. در این تحقیق با استفاده از روش هدفمند گلوله برفی، از نظرات 16 نفر خبره شامل صاحب نظران، متخصصان و اعضای هیات علمی و معاونت¬های فرهنگی دانشگاه-های علوم پزشکی مازندران استفاده گردید. فرایند تحلیل داده¬ها در دو مرحله¬ی شناسایی راهبردها از طریق ابزار مصاحبه و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا و نیز غربالگری و اولویت¬بندی راهبرد¬ها از طریق ابزار پرسشنامه و روش دلفی فازی انجام شد. ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺤﺎﺳﺒﮥ ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ، روش آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ در اﯾﻦ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ با استفاده از نرماﻓﺰار SPSS25 عدد 81/0 درصد بدست آمد که در محدوده قابل قبول(بزرگتر از 7/0) قرار دارد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد، تحقیق در دانشگاهها با هدف فرهنگ سازی در حوزه توسعه پایدار بالاترین اولویت را در میان راهبردها دانشگاه فرهنگ ساز با تاکید بر توسعه پایدار به خود اختصاص داد و پس از آن آموزش در دانشگاهها با هدف فرهنگسازی در حوزه توسعه پایدار، شبکه¬سازی در راستای تعامل فرهنگی در حوزه محلی، منطقهای و جهانی، جریان سازی و ارائه یک الگوی فرهنگ ساز اولویت¬های دوم تا چهارم را کسب نمودند. همچنین، ایجاد فرهنگ توسعه اجتماعی، ایجاد فرهنگ توسعه اقتصادی و نیز ایجاد فرهنگ توسعه زیستمحیطی به ترتیب پیامدهای ناشی از فرهنگسازی دانشگاه با تاکید بر توسعه پایدار هستند.
The purpose of this study is to identify and rank the strategies and consequences of the University of Culture with emphasis on sustainable development. In this study, using the targeted snowball method, 16 expert opinions, including experts, faculty and faculty members and cultural departments of Mazandaran University of Medical Sciences, were used. The data analysis process was performed in two stages of identifying strategies through the interview tool using the content analysis method, as well as screening and prioritization of the strategies through the fuzzy questionnaire tool and method. For the presentation of the report, the procedure method was used, which was obtained by the SPSS25 Software of 0.81 % (0.7 %), which was obtained in the range of 0.81 % (0.7). The results of the research showed that research in universities aimed at building culture in the field of sustainable development was the highest priority among the strategies of the University of Culture with emphasis on sustainable development and then training in universities for the purpose of cultivating sustainable development, network In line with cultural interaction in the local, regional and global spheres, the streaming and presentation of a culture -maker gained the second to fourth priority. Also, creating a culture of social development, creating an economic development culture, and creating environmental development culture, respectively, are the consequences of university culture with emphasis on sustainable development.
