The purpose of this study was to investigate of multiple relationships between men involvement in household, perception of equity in the division of housework by women, men and women personality charecters with sexual satisfaction in sarried women in Isfahan. The statistical population included all married women and their spouses in Isfahan city which were selected 180 couples by available method and responded to the research tools. The recoearch instruments included Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire (Larson et al. 1998), fiarness perceptions Scale (Yousefi, 2017), involvement in household Scale (Yousefi, 2017), Form 35 items of five factors Neo Personality questionnaire adapted with spouse (Shahmohammadi &Yousefi, 2017). The collected data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive (mean, standard deviation) and inferential (inter and stepwise regression). The results showed that among the variables predicting the perception of fairness in housework by women (sig=0.000), male extroversion (sig=0.048), female extroversion (sig=0.003) and female experientialism (sig=0.000) have a positive and significant relationship with the sexual satisfaction of married women, but there is no significant relationship between other variables with the sexual satisfaction of married women. The results of regression analysis also showed that the perception of fairness by women (sig=0/000) and extraversion (sig=0/028) had the power to predict the sexual satisfaction of married women. Thus, it can be concluded that changes in women's and men's extraversion, women's openness to experience, and the perception of fiarness by women are associated with changes in their sexual satisfaction.
