اثر خستگی عضلات مرکزی بدن بر چابکی دختران ورزشکار

خستگی طی فعالیتهای ورزشی پدیده معمولی است که بر عملکرد ورزشکاران تاثیر دارد. عمل عضلات مرکزی، میتواند بر عملکرد کلی بدن و حرکت اندامهای طرفی اثرگذار باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر خستگی عضلات مرکزی بدن روی چابکی دختران ورزشکار بود. 30 دانشآموز دختر سالم فعال در تیمهای ورزشی در دو جلسه آزمونهای چابکی ایلینویز، 505 و تی شرکت کردند. جلسه اول بدون شرایط خستگی و جلسه دوم آزمون بعد از انجام پروتکل خستگی برگزار شد. به منظور مقایسه دادههای پیشآزمون و پسآزمون از آزمون آماری تی زوجی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که خستگی عضلات مرکزی بدن میتواند موجب کاهش معنیداری در نمرات آزمونهای چابکی شود (0،05>P). اندازه اثر کوهن برای آزمونهای چابکی تی (0.673)، 505 (1.925) و ایلینویز (1.873) پس از ایجاد خستگی به دست آمد. با توجه به نتایج، به ورزشکاران توصیه میشود نرمشهای عملکردی شبیهسازی شده فعالیتهای ورزشی، شامل تمرینات ثبات مرکزی و چابکی را مد نظر قرار دهند تا خستگی آنها را مستعد آسیب نسازد.
Fatigue is a common phenomenon during sports activities affecting athletic performance. Core muscle actions can affect performance of the whole body and extremities. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of core muscle fatigue on female athletes’ agility. 30 healthy female students, active in sports teams, accomplished Illinois, 505 and T agility tests on two sessions. The first was held before and the second after the fatigue protocol. Within group comparisons were determined with paired t test. The results showed that core muscles fatigue can lead to significant reduction in agility tests scores (p < 0/05). Further, Cohen’s effect size value of T (d=0/673), 505 (d=1/925) and Illinois (d=1/873) agility tests suggested a moderate, and high to very high practical significance. According to the results, it is recommended to perform functional exercises simulated to sport activities; including agility and core stability exercises to prevent fatigue and injury.
