چکیده مقاله :
Comeld” is a novel technology which can be applied in connecting composites and metals by manufacture of an array of metal pins on the metal part and layup the composite layers on the pins to make an adhesive and mechanical Joint at the same time. The aim of this paper is an experimental, numerical and analytical investigation on strength of comeld joint system and also to calculate the stiffness properties of composite after comeld process. Experimental test were carried out with fabrication of 21 specimens of comeld and uncomeld joints with different geometry and arrays of pins. Samples were tested under pure tensile loading. For the numerical simulation and investigation, the commerical software ABAQUS has been used and the tensile test were carried out to model a 3D Simulation of the joints considering adhesive behaviour. The analytical investigation were focused on the calculation of laminate stiffness properties after comeld process and the results were calculated using MATLAB capabilities. The results of experimental tests showed a good agreement with those of numerical results. The results show that the comeld joint system has a high potential for effective joining of metal and composite.
“ کاملد" یک روش نوین برای ایجاد اتصال مؤثر میان انواع کامپوزیت و فلزات با ایجاد آرایشی از پین‌ها یا برآمدگی‌ها بر روی قطعه فلزی و لایه چینی کامپوزیت بر روی این برآمدگی‌ها به‌منظور ایجاد یک اتصال چسبی و درعین‌حال درگیر است. هدف از این مقاله بررسی عددی و تجربی استحکام کششی اتصال ترکیبی فلز و کامپوزیت بانام کاملد و مقایسه استحکام آن بااتصال مرسوم چسبی و همچنین بررسی تحلیلی سختی کامپوزیت بعد از فرآیند کاملد و مقایسه آن با سختی کامپوزیت در حالت عادی است. تست تجربی با ساخت 21 نمونه از اتصال کاملد و غیر کاملد با هندسه متفاوت پین که تحت بار کششی خالص قرار گرفتند، انجام گرفت. در بررسی عددی، شبیه‌سازی سه‌بعدی با مدل‌سازی رفتار چسب با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آباکوس انجام شد. بررسی تحلیلی سختی کامپوزیت نیز شامل کد نویسی روابط تعمیم داده‌شده برای دو هندسه استوانه‌ای و مخروطیِ پین در "متلب" و استخراج نتایج از آن بود. نتایج تست تجربی نشان‌دهنده استحکام کششی بالاتر اتصال کاملد نسبت به اتصال چسبی و همچنین تطابق مطلوب این نتایج با نتایج شبیه‌سازی عددی است. نتایج عددی حاصل‌شده از بررسی تحلیلی سختی کامپوزیت در حالت کاملد نیز نمایانگر قابلیت بالای فرآیند کاملد در بهبود مشخصات الاستیک چندلایه کامپوزیتی درگیر در یک اتصال با فلز است. درنهایت این بررسی‌ها نشان از پتانسیل بالای اتصال کاملد در بهبود کیفیت و کارایی اتصال بین انواع فلز و کامپوزیت‌هاست
