اثر شش هفته تمرین هوازی و عصاره دارچین بر بیان ژن اینترلوکین شش در بافت چربی موش های نر تغذیه شده با رژیم غذایی پرچرب

پژوهش تجریی حاضر با هدف تعیین اثرات اجرای شش هفته تمرین هوازی، مصرف عصاره دارچین و غذای پرچرب بر بیان ژن اینترلوکین شش در بافت چربی موش های نر تغذیه شده با رژیم غذایی پرچرب با استفاده از یک مدل حیوانی (موشهای صحرایی نر دو ماهه نژاد ویستار 14848) در قالب یک طرح پژوهشی چند گروهی با گروه کنترل انجام شد. متغیرهای مستقل این پژوهش شامل اجرای شش هفته تمرین هوازی، مصرف شش هفته عصاره دارچین و شش هفته رژیم غذایی پرچرب بودکه به عنوان متغیر زمینه ای منظور می شود. متغیر وابسته نیز شامل میزان بیان ژن اینترلوکین شش در بافت چربی بود. تعداد 50 سر موش پس از دو هفته نگهداری در شرایط کنترل شده به طور تصادفی به پنج گروه شامل گروه های کنترل، رژیم پرچرب، عصاره دارچین و رژیم پرچرب، تمرین هوازی و رژیم پرچرب و گروه تمرین هوازی و عصاره دارچین و رژیم پرچرب تقسیم شدند. همه گروه ها به آب و غذای معمولی جوندگان به صورت آزادانه دسترسی داشتند. به گروه های دریافت کننده غذای پرچرب، روزانه به مقدار 5/1 میلی گرم به ازاء هر کیلوگرم از وزن بدن به مدت شش هفته از امولسیون غذای پرچرب به صورت گاواژ داده شد. عصاره دارچین به میزان 200 میلی گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم از وزن بدن گاواژ شد. شیب نوارگردان در سرتاسر دوره تمرین، 15 درصد بود. در صورت وجود تفاوت معنی دار در نتایج این آزمون، از آزمون تکمیلی بونفرونی جهت تعیین دقیق تفاوت های بین گروهی استفاده شد. میانگین متغیرهای پژوهش در بین هر گروه با گروه کنترل با هدف تعیین تفاوت های درون گروهی، با استفاده از آزمون آماری تی تک نمونه مقایسه شد. سطح معنی داری در کلیه آزمون ها 05/0 p < /em> < بود.
Comparing the concurrent training order on plasma IL-6 levels in elderly male. Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the comparison of a different orders of concurrent training on plasma IL-6 levels, insulin resistance index (HOMA) and anthropometric characteristics of an elderly male. Forty women with 55-70-year-old which having no particular illnesses were divided into 4 groups: endurance-resistance, (n = 9), resistance-endurance (n = 10), interval resistance-endurance (n = 12) training, and control group (n = 9) randomly. Height, weight, BMI, WHR, and serum levels of myonectine glucose and insulin were measured and recorded before and after performing protocol. Experimental groups participated in concurrent training for 8 weeks, 3 sessions every week, 60 minutes in every session. A univariate (covariance) test was used for analyzing the data. A significant increase of vaspin (p < /em> = 0.009) and the significant decrease of glucose (p < /em> = 0.001) and HOMA index (p < /em> = 0.028) was observed in the experimental groups compared to control, no significant difference among experimental groups. There was not any significant difference among groups in insulin levels (p < /em> = 0.37). Older males can take advantage of the concurrent training with any orders of them.
