بررسی اثر روش لایه نشانی دیاکسید تیتانیوم (TiO2) بر عملکرد سلول خورشیدی حساس شده با رنگدانه (DSSC)

چکیده مقاله :
جزء اصلی در یک سلول خورشیدی حساس شده با رنگدانه (DSSC) فتوالکترود است که شامل زیرلایهی پوشیده شده با یک اکسید نیمه رسانا میباشد. در این تحقیق اثر دو روش لایه نشانی دکتر بلید و پوششدهی چرخشی بر عملکرد و بازده DSSC مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان میدهد که در روش پوششدهی چرخشی، تخلخل و جذب رنگدانه کمتر از روش دکتر بلید است، اما به علت ایجاد یک پوشش کم ترک و پیوسته بازده DSSC بیشتر از روش دکتر بلید است.
