چکیده مقاله :
ارتباطات کامپیوتری، شیوه ای از تعامل و برقراری ارتباطات انسانی در محیط آنلاین یا همان فضای مجازی اینترنت است که موجب شده تا صورت بندی جدیدی از ارتباطات میان فردی پدید آید. کیفیت و کمیت این نوع از ارتباطات موجب شده تاثیراتی را بر ارتباطات آفلاین و یا چهره به چهره در زندگی روزمره پدید آورد که این موضوع همواره مدنظر اندیشمندان در عرصه های مختلف جامعه شناسی، ارتباطات اجتماعی و روان شناسی بوده است. از آنجایی که اساس برقراری ارتباطات کامپیوتری از طریق پیام متنی است و کاربران قادر به مشاهده عکس العمل ها و اقدامات یکدیگر نیستند این مقاله به تأثیرات روانشناختی برقراری ارتباطات در فضای مجازی و تفاوت های آن با ارتباطات چهره به چهره می پردازد
