ارزیابی تأثیر عوامل سازمانی بر کیفیت سازمانی آتشنشانی شهرداری تهران

چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی تأثیر عوامل سازمانی و نقش آن بر کیفیت سازمان آتشنشانی شهرداری تهران انجام شده است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارکنان سازمان آتشنشانی شهر تهران در سال 1401 تشکیل میدهند که تعداد آنها 5257 نفر است و در 145 ایستگاه آتشنشانی مشغول به فعالیت هستند. با توجه به حجم جامعه مورد نظر، برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد و بر اساس نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 358 نفر آتشنشان به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید. برای جمع آوری دادهها، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عملکرد و عوامل اثرگذار سازمانی روی آزمودنیها اجرا شد. پایایی پرسشنامهها به ترتیب 741/0 و 863/0 و روایی آنها نیز توسط کارشناسان به اثبات رسیده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزارهای آماری SPSS و Smart PLS استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که متغیرهای سازگاری، رهبری و رسالت سازمان بر عملکرد کارکنان تأثیر مثبت دارد؛ اما عامل ارتباط با ذی نفعان بر عملکرد کارکنان تأثیری ندارد. بیشترین عامل مؤثر در پیادهسازی کیفیت سازمانی، عامل کارکنان میباشد.
The present research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the impact of organizational factors and its role on the quality of the fire department of Tehran Municipality. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of method. The statistical population of this research is made up of the employees of Tehran fire department in 1401, whose number is 5257, and they are working in 145 fire stations. Considering the size of the target population, Cochran sampling was used for sampling, and based on simple random sampling, 358 firefighters were selected as a sample. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire on performance and organizational influencing factors was implemented on the subjects. The reliability of the questionnaires is 0.741 and 0.863, respectively, and their validity has been proven by experts. SPSS and Smart PLS statistical software were used for data analysis. The findings of the research showed that the variables of adaptability, leadership and mission of the organization have a positive effect on the performance of employees; But the factor of communication with stakeholders does not affect the performance of employees. The most effective factor in the implementation of organizational quality is the staff factor.
