بررسی تأثیر مهندسی مجدد ساختار سازمانی بر بهرهوری گمرکات کشور

چکیده مقاله :
استفاده از ساختار سازمانی صحیح، منجر به بهبود اساسی در عملکرد سازمان میشود. امروزه رقابت جهانی سازمانها را به سمت باریک و ساده شدن سوق داده و بسیاری از سازمانها به سمت مهندسی مجدد فرایندها به عنوان ابزاری برای تغییرات ریشهای در نحوه اجرای فرایندهایشان روی آوردهاند. با توجه به حجم بالای تجارت و سرعت فزاینده معاملههای تجاری، ضرورت دارد گمرک نیز متحول شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر مهندسی مجدد ساختار سازمانی بر بهره وری گمرکات کشور انجام شده است که از نظر هدف در حیطه پژوهشهای کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت و روش گردآوری دادهها، یک پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی است. به منظور جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامه و برای آزمون مدل مفهومی پژوهش از PLS که یک فن مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری واریانس محور است و امکان بررسی نظریه و سنجهها را به طور همزمان فراهم میسازد، استفاده شد. در نهایت، ۱۵ فرضیه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که نشان از تأثیر مهندسی مجدد ساختار سازمانی بر بهره وری گمرکات کشور دارد.
Using the correct organizational structure leads to a fundamental improvement in the organization's performance. Today, global competition has driven organizations to narrow and simplify, and many organizations have turned to process reengineering as a tool for radical changes in the way their processes are implemented. Due to the high volume of trade and the increasing speed of trade transactions, it is also necessary to change the customs. The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the effect of reengineering the organizational structure on the productivity of the country's businesses, which is descriptive-survey research based on the nature and method of data collection. In order to collect data from the questionnaire and to test the conceptual model of the study, PLS was used, which is a variance-oriented structural equation modeling technique that provides the possibility of examining the theory and metrics simultaneously. Finally, 15 hypotheses were examined, which show the effect of reengineering the organizational structure on the productivity of the country's customs.
