چکیده مقاله :
با توجه به اینکه فناوری اطلاعات به عنوان یکی از پدیده های جدید عصر حاضر، تبدیل به ضرورت زندگی بشر امروزی شده، در این پژوهش به بررسی رابطه بین شخصیت کارکنان که یکی از چالش های بر سر راه پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات میباشد، پرداخته شد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف ، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی از نوع همبستگی میباشد. در این پژوهش برای گردآوری دادهها از دو پرسشنامه پنج عامل شخصیتی و پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات استفاده گردید. با توجه به تعداد ۱۹۱ نفری جامعه آماری در سطح ۹۵%، حجم نمونه آماری بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعداد ۱۲۷ نفر برآورد و برای هر معاونت نمونهگیری به روش تصادفی طبقه ای، متناسب با تعداد کارمندان هر قسمت و به نسبت جمعیت کل جامعه مشخص شد. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامهها از لحاظ صراحت و قابلیت درک گویهها از طریق تعدادی از پاسخگویان و از لحاظ تطابق لغوی از طریق مراجعه به صاحبنظران موضوعی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزارهای SPSS و LISREL تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که تنها بعد برونگرایی در پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات نقش داشت و هرچه فرد برونگراتر بود پذیرش و رفتار استفاده فناوری اطلاعات وی افزایش می یافت. با توجه به اینکه افراد برونگرا دارای خصوصیات پرانرژی، معاشرتی، دارای شور و اشتیاق، دارای اعتماد به نفس و دارای احساسات مثبت میباشند، به نظر میرسد تاثیر برونگرایی در پذیرش فناوری اطلاعات درست باشد و این افراد با توجه به خصوصیات مذکور استقبال بیشتری از مسائل جدید همانند پذیرش فناوری داشته باشند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Considering that information technology as one of the new phenomena of the present age, has become a necessity of modern human life, in this study, the relationship between employees' personality, which is one of the challenges in accepting information technology, was investigated. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in nature. In this study, two questionnaires of five personality factors and information technology acceptance were used to collect data. Considering the number of 191 people in the statistical population at 95% level, the statistical sample size based on Krejcie and Morgan table is 127 people and for each deputy sampling method by stratified random method, proportional to the number of employees in each section and the total population It was found. The content validity of the questionnaires was assessed in terms of explicitness and ability to understand the items by a number of respondents and in terms of lexical relevance by referring to subject matter experts. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and structural equations in SPSS and LISREL software. The results showed that only the dimension of extraversion played a role in the acceptance of information technology and the more extroverted the person was, the more acceptance and behavior of his use of information technology increased. Considering that extroverts have energetic, sociable, passionate, confident and positive emotions, the effect of extroversion on the acceptance of information technology seems to be correct, and these people are more receptive to these issues. New like accepting technology.
