چکیده مقاله :
عملکرد سازمانی تحول آفرین یکی از پیش شرطهای مهم در راستای تحقق انعطاف پذیری و نوآوری سازمانی است. بر این اساس، هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی تأثیر رهبری تحول آفرین بر عملکرد سازمانی است. تحقیق حاضر بر مبنای هدف از نوع کاربردی است و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش در زمره تحقیقات علّی میباشد. برای انتخاب نمونه از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده و جهت گردآوری دادهها از ابزار پرسشنامه استاندارد کوی و همکاران (۲۰۲۰) استفاده شده است. حجم نمونه بر پایه فرمول کوکران تعداد ۲۲۷ نفر از کارکنان شرکت گروه بهداشتی فیروز تعیین گردید. برای تعیین روایی از روایی صوری و سازه استفاده شد و برای سنجش پایایی پرسشنامهها ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد محاسبه قرار گرفت. دادههای مورد نیاز تحقیق با استفاده از فنون آمار توصیفی با نرم افزار SPSS22 و فنون آمار استنباطی به کمک نرم افزار آماری Smart PLS3 از طریق روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری تکمیل و جمع آوری گردید. یافته های تحقیق فعلی حاکی است که رهبری تحول آفرین بر عملکرد سازمانی تأثیر مثبت دارد. در نتیجه، پیشنهاد میگردد که مسئولین شرکت باید شرایطی را فراهم کنند تا مدیران از سبکهای مدیریت سنتی به سوی سبک تحول آفرین حرکت کنند و موجبات بهبود عملکرد کارکنان در دنیای متحول و متغیر امروزی را فراهم آورند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Transformational organizational performance is one of the important prerequisites for achieving organizational flexibility and innovation. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance. The method of the present research is practical based on the purpose of study and in terms of nature and methodology is among the causal researches. To select the sample, a simple random sampling method and the standardized questionnaire measurement tool in Cui et al., (2020) study were used to collect data. Thus, the sample size was determined 227 employees of Firooz Hygienic Group as the statistical population of the study based on Cochran's formula. Formal and structural validity were used to determine the validity of research and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to assess the reliability of the questionnaire. The required research data were completed and collected using the descriptive statistics techniques with SPSS22 software and inferential statistics techniques with Smart PLS3 statistical software through structural equation modeling. Research findings indicate that transformational leadership has a positive effect on organizational performance. As a result, it is suggested that the company managers should provide conditions for managers to move from traditional management styles to transformational styles and improve employee performance in today's changing world.
