هدف عمده این پژوهش بررسی و سنجش نقش مدیریت استراتژیک در رشد و یادگیری سازمان در واحد مدیریت مهندسی شرکت گاز استان خراسان رضوی است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات یک تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است که براساس ماتریس کوواریانس تحلیل می‌شود. جامعه مورد پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران و مشاوران و کارکنان واحد مدیریت مهندسی شرکت گاز استان خراسان رضوی است که بر اساس آمار اخذ شده تعداد 215 نفر می‌باشد که از بین آنها با استفاده نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده، تعداد 138 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شد. ابزار اندازه گیری مورد استفاده پرسشنامه است که در دو مرحله توزیع گردید و روایی و پایایی آن بررسی و مشخص گردید. برای تحلیل آماری اطلاعات جمع آوری شده، از نرم افزار کامپیوتری SPSS و نرم افزار SmartPLS استفاده گردیده است. با توجه به آمار توصیفی و نتایج بدست آمده از خروجی نرم افزار SmartPLS می‌توان به این نتایج دست یافت که در بررسی سوالات پژوهش حاضر، پنج مسیر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
The main purpose of this research is to assess and examine the role of strategic management in the growth and learning of organization in the engineering management department of Khorasan Razavi Gas Company. The research hypotheses include a main hypothesis and five sub-hypotheses. The present study is applied from the purpose perspective and from the perspective of data collection method is a descriptive correlation study which is analyzed based on the covariance matrix. The research population consists of all managers, consultants and employees of engineering management departments of Gas Company of Khorasan Razavi province which are 215 people based on the statistics. 138 of them were selected by random sampling method. The instrument used was a questionnaire which was distributed in two stages and its validity and reliability were determined. For Statistical analysis of collected data, SPSS and Smart PLS software were used. Considering the descriptive statistics and the results obtained from the output of Smart PLS software, these results can be obtained. In the examination of the questions of the present study, five paths were investigated, each of the five paths have a positive effect; But in terms of assumptions prove three hypotheses have been ver ified and accepted two hypotheses are not significant
