ارزیابی اثرات محیطی خانه‌های دوم گردشگری(مطالعه موردی: دهستان رودبار قصران، شهرستان شمیرانات، استان تهران)

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه: هم‌زمان با وقوع تحولات سـاختاری در زمینه گردشـگری در سـطح کشـور و به‌ویژه رواج گردشگری در نواحی روستایی پیرامون شهرها، احداث خانه‌های دوم رشد چشمگیری داشته است و همانند دیگر الگوهای گردشگری اثرات متعددی بر نواحی‌ای که استقرار می‌یابند، داشته‌اند. یکی از مهم‌ترین روش‌های اصلی ارزیابی اثرات فعالیت‌های انسانی در محیط، ارزیابی اثرات زیست محیطی (EIA) می‌باشد که در آن اثرات برنامه‌ها و پروژه‌های عملیاتی را بر فاکتورهای محیط زیستی در مراحل مختلف شناسایی و راهکارهایی را برای کاهش اثرات فوق پیشنهاد می‌نمایند. روش شناسی تحقیق: در پژوهش حاضر، با استفاده از روش تعدیل‌یافته آیکولد (ICOLD) که روشی برای ارزیابی پروژه‌های عمرانی است، تلاش می‌شود تا تأثیر گردشگری خانه‌های دوم بر ابعاد محیطی ارزیابی شود. جهت گردآوری داده‌ها بر اساس فرمت مدل آیکولد بجای استفاده از پرسشنامه، از مصاحبه موردی با 15 نفر از مسئولین، معتمدین محلی و ساکنین 5روستای آهار، ایگل؛باغ گل، امامه بالا و امامه پایین، با طراحی یک چک‌لیست، اثرات محیطی گردشگری خانه‌های دوم سنجیده و کمی شد. یافته ها و بحث: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که گردشگری خانه‌های دوم در روستای مورد مطالعه بر ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، زیستی و کالبدی، تأثیر منفی بر جای گذاشته است. به‌طوری‌که درمجموع پاسخ‌ها درصد کثیری از مشارکت‌کنندگان به اثرات نامطلوب آن اشاره‌کرده‌اند. تطابق نتایج این پژوهش با مطالعات پیشین مشخص کرد که در بعد محیط زیستی، تمام تحقیقات با نتایج پژوهش حاضر هم‌سو بوده‌اند. در بعد اقتصادی و اجتماعی هم با توجه به نسبی بودن مسئله در محیط‌ها و مکان‌های جغرافیایی مختلف اختلاف داشته در برخی موارد هم سو و در مواردی دیگر خلاف جهت هم بوده‌اند.
At the same time as the structural changes in the field of tourism in the country and in particular the prevalence of tourism in rural areas around the cities, the construction of second homes has grown dramatically and like other tourism patterns, it has had a number of effects on the areas they are deployed. One of the most important ways to assess the effects of human activities in the environment, environmental impact assessment or EIA is to identify the effects of operational programs and projects on environmental factors at various stages and to propose solutions to reduce these effects. To collect the data based on the ICOLD model format, instead of using the questionnaire, through an interview with 15 local officials and trustees the inhabitants of the 5 villages of Ahar, Egole; baghgole, emameh bala, and Emameh paeein and designing a checklist, the environmental impacts of tourism in the second home were measured and quantitated. The results of the research showed that the tourism of the second homes in the studied village has a negative effect on the economic, social, biological and physical aspects. Matching the results of this study with previous studies revealed that in the environmental dimension, all researches were consistent with the results of the present study. In the economic and social dimensions, the difference in the relative environment of the problem in different environments and geographical locations has been different in some cases, and in some cases the opposite..
