چکیده مقاله :
امروزه یکی از موارد بسیار مهم و پیچیده برای برنامهریزان شهری، تصمیمگیری در مورد مکانهای مناسب جهت گسترش آتی شهر و تعیین اراضی مناسب توسعه میباشد که این مهم تنها با نگاهی جامع نسبت به تمام عوامل تأثیرگذار در جهتیابی توسعهی فیزیکی شهر ، محقق خواهد شد. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر که از نوع توسعهای -کاربردی میباشد، باهدف تعیین مکان مناسب جهت توسعه شهر بناب، با استفاده از روش توصیفی- تحلیلی پرداخته است. بدین منظور هشت متغیر مرتبط شناسایی شدند ابتدا برای تعیین اهمیت شاخصهای موردنظر جهت ارزیابی تناسب زمین، هر یک از معیارها با استفاده از مدل تحلیل سلسله مراتبی در نرمافزار Expert Choice ارزشگذاری گردید. سپس لایههای مذکور توسط نرمافزارهای GIS و IDRISI فازی شده و در طیف عددی صفرتا یک قرار گرفتند. در مرحله بعد تمامی لایههای فازی شده در هر یک از وزنهای حاصل از مدل تحلیل سلسلهمراتبی ضرب و بدینصورت لایههای وزندار فازی آماده شدند. درنهایت عملگرهای ضرب، جمع، گامای فازی 7/0، 8/0 و 9/0 روی لایهها انجامگرفته و همپوشانی لایهها صورت گرفت. نتایج حاصله نشان داد گامای 9/0 فازی بهترین همپوشانی را دارا است. با تقسیمبندی گامای 9/0 مشخص گردید که 66.24 درصد از منطقه موردمطالعه (511.412 کیلومترمربع) در کلاس کاملاً نامناسب و 9.56 درصد از منطقه موردمطالعه (73.8124 کیلومترمربع) در کلاس کاملاً مناسب قرار میگیرد. بر اساس نقشه نهایی طبقهبندی میتوان نتیجه گرفت پهنههای مساعد جهت توسعه شهر بناب بیشتر در بخش شمالشرقی و جنوبغربی قرار دارند.
today, one of the most important and complex issues for urban programmers and decision making is locating suitable places for future development of cities and determining suitable lands, which this objective will obtain with a comprehensive view on all the effective factors on the physical urban development. To do this, the present research which is a developmental-applicable type, with the purpose of determining suitable locations for future development of Bonab city, has studied this issue by descriptive- analytical method. About eight factors were identified in order to study and evaluate land suitability for urban development. To determine the importance of target indicators to assess land suitability, first the relative importance of each criterion was determined through analytical hierarchy model using Expert Choice software. Then, each of them was fuzzy using GIS and IDRIS software and was placed in the numerical range of zero to one. In the next step, all fuzzed layers were multiplied in each weights resulted from analytical hierarchy model with integrating AHP model and Fuzzy model and thereby the weighted fuzzy layer was prepared. Then operators of multiplying, adding and fuzzy gamma of 0.7, 0.8 and 0.9 were carried out and layer overlapping is done. The results indicate that the fuzzy gamma of 0.9 has the best overlapping. Determined by divided Gamma 9/0, that 66.24% of study region (511.412 km2) is located in the class of totally inappropriate and 9.56% of that (73.8124 km2) is located in the class of totally appropriate
