تحلیل اثرات ظرفیت‌سازی اجتماعی بر بهبود مدیریت توسعه روستایی (مطالعه موردی: شهرستان گرمی)

چکیده مقاله :
ظرفیت‌سازی اجتماعی به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی مدیریت و مدیریت توسعه پایدار روستایی محسوب می‌شود؛ و به خوداتکایی مردمی، دسترسی به حقوق در بعد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی، خودکفایی در تامین مواد غذایی استراتژیک، دسترسی به درآمدها، داریی‌ها و تسهیلات اعتباری، دسترسی به دانش و فن‌آوری و وجود یک فضای مشارکتی در تمامی جنبه‌های تلاش انسانی منتهی می‌شود. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تحلیل اثرات ظرفیت‌سازی اجتماعی بر بهبود مدیریت توسعه روستایی شهرستان گرمی است. روش تحقیق بر اساس هدف کاربردی و بر اساس ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی است جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش، شامل کل روستاییان بالای 15 سال ساکن در مناطق روستایی شهرستان گرمی می‌باشد (37653=N)، که از این میان تعداد 400 نفر با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. روایی صوری پرسش‌نامه توسط پانل متخصصان مورد تایید قرار گرفت. مطالعه راهنما در منطقه مشابه جامعه آماری با تعداد30 پرسش نامه صورت گرفت و با داده‌های کسب شده و استفاده از فرمول ویژه کرونباخ آلفا در نرم افزار SPSS، پایایی بخش‌های مختلف پرسش‌نامه تحقیق73/0 الی 82/0 بدست آمد. در نهایت، یافته های استنباطی پژوهش نشان داد که بین متغیرهای آموزشی و ترویجی، اعتماد به نفس، کیفیت زندگی، انسجام اجتماعی، خدمات اجتماعی، مهارت‌های فنی و مدیریتی، تقویت تعاملات اجتماعی و تقویت تشکلات مردمی با بهبود مدیریت توسعه روستایی رابطه معنی‌داری و جود دارد و این نتیجه حاصل شد که ظرفیت سازی اجتماعی به بهبود شاخص‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، نهادی و محیطی مناطق روستایی منتهی می‌شود.
Considering the importance of the social capacity building to improve the management of rural development. Iran should rely on the knowledge-based management, rural development and for the realization of the knowledge based platforms provide in villages. The main objective of this study is to analyze the effects of social capacity building on management of rural development is a warm city. The method based on the purpose and use of the cross-sectional nature of the study population, including the rural people over age 15 living in rural areas, is warmly city (N= 37653), Of which 400 were selected as sample using Cochran formula. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. Pilot study in the same region with a total of 30 questionnaires were population and business data and using a special formula Cronbach's alpha software SPSS, reliability of the questionnaire research questionnaire 0/73 to 0/82, respectively. In the end, analytical results showed that the relationship between education and extension, self-esteem, quality of life, social cohesion, social services, technical and management skills, strengthen social interactions and strengthen grassroots organizations to improve the management of rural development and significant correlation there is finally according to findings, and practical suggestions are provided.
