بررسی توانمندسازی زنان فقیر شهری با تاکید بر نگرش مثبت شهروندی (مطالعه موردی: محله‌ی آخماقیه‌‌ی کلانشهر تبریز)

چکیده مقاله :
توانمندسازی زنان فقیر شهری با تاکید بر نگرش مثبت شهروندی، به عنوان یک رویکرد نوین انگیزش درونی در زنان است که می‌تواند بسترهایی را به وجود آورد که فرصت هایی را برای شکوفایی استعدادها، توانایی‌ها و شایستگی زنان فقیر شهری باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و ازنظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی- تحلیلی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل خانوارهای محله آخماقیه در شهر تبریز است که در منطقه 7 شهرداری واقع شده است. حجم نمونه بر اساس مدل اصلاح‌شده کوکران 342 نفر برآورد شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های تحقیق از مدل حداقل مجذورات جزئی در نرم افزار Warp-PLS استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که بیشترین تاثیر در مدل ساختاری یر متغیرهای توانمندسازی و نگرش مثبت شهروندی به ترتیب متغیرهای موثر بودن با ضریب تاثیر 362/0 و خود رضایتمندی با ضریب تاثیر410/0 بوده است. همچنین کمترین ثاثیر در مدل ساختاری برای این متغیرها به ترتیب برای متغیرهای نگرش مثبت شهروندی با ضریب تاثیر 172/0 و تحمل‌پذیری با ضریب تاثیر 215/0 بوده است. در این تحقیق مدل ضرایب تعیین متغیرهای وابسته نشان می‌دهد که 4/13درصد از واریانس متغیر توانمندسازی را متغیرهای وارد شونده بر آن توجیه می‌کند. همچنین نتایج آزمون استون- گیسر، که برای متغیر وابسته توانمندسازی برابر با 152/0و برای متغیر نگرش مثبت شهروندی برابر با 138/0 محاسبه شده است، نشان می‌دهد که مدل در نظر گرفته شده، ظرفیت و توان پیش بینی لازم را دارد.
City poor women empowerment focused on citizenship positive viewpoint is as an internal new motivation in women that it can create beds for opportunities for city poor women amplitude, capabilities and adequacy inflorescence. According to applied knowledge development in current research , we focused on city poor women empowerment investigation with citizenship positive viewpoint . So current research is applied according to aim, and also it is descriptive- analytic according to nature and method. Statistical society of current research includes Akhmagiyeh sector families in Tabriz city that mentioned sector was located in 7 region municipality. Sample size was estimated based on Kokeran modified model and it was equal with 342 persons. In order to research data analyzing , partial squares least were used in Warp-PLS software . Results showed that , the most effect on empowerment variables and citizenship positive viewpoint structural modeling investigate with 0/362 effect coefficient and self-satisfaction was equal with 0/410 in effect coefficient . The lowest effect in structural modeling was equal with 0/172 for citizenship positive viewpoint variables and it was equal with 0/215 for resistant by effect coefficient. Dependent variables determining coefficients model in current research showed that 13/4 percents variance of empowerment variable describe entering case. Also, Eston – Gaser test results for empowerment dependent variable with 0/152 and citizenship positive viewpoint Variable with 0/138 calculated amounts showed that regarded model has requirement anticipation power and capacity.
