مدل یابی و تبیین رضایتمندی از ابعاد اجتماعی و کالبدی مسکن مهر (مطالعه موردی: مسکن مهر شهرکاشان)

چکیده مقاله :
با گسترش ظرفیت جمعیت در اکثر جوامع شهری و افزایش قیمت زمین و ساخت و ساز مسکن شاهد دغدغه تامین مسکن مناسب برای گروههای فاقد مسکن در جوامع در حال توسعه هستیم. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، مدلسازی و تبیین رضایتمندی از ابعاد اجتماعی و کالبدی مسکن مهر میباشد. روش پژوهش به صورت توصیفی و تحلیلی است و برای مدلسازی و تبیین رضایتمندی از ابعاد اجتماعی و کالبدی مسکن مهر از نرمافزار AMOS استفاده گردیده است. نتایج حاصل از آزمون متغیرهای پژوهش نشان میدهد در بررسی رضایتمندی اجتماعی ساکنان مسکن مهر، متغیر تعامل با همسایگان با بار عاملی 89/0 مهم ترین پارامتر در تبیین رضایتمندی بوده است. در همین راستا وجود امنیت و اعتماد در منطقه می تواند منجر به افزایش تعامل همسایگان با یکدیگر شود. نتایج تحلیلهای صورت گرفته حاکی از آن است در بین متغیرهای کالبدی، عامل دسترسی با بار عاملی 93/0 اثرگذارترین شاخص بر میزان رضایتمندی ساکنان بوده است. نتایج بررسی ارتباط بین الگوی طراحی و ساخت و آرامش و آسایش نشان از وجود ارتباط معنادار بین این دو عامل دارد. به این ترتیب که الگوی طراحی و ساخت با بار عاملی 38/0 توانسته بر روی آرامش و آسایش ساکنین اثر گذار باشد. به مفهومی دیگر با بهبود وضعیت الگوی طراحی و ساخت زمینه آرامش و آسایش کالبدی بیشتر فراهم می شود.
The supply of affordable housing is one of the problems that people are facing in everyday life of human communities. This study attempts to evaluate the attitude Mehr Housing residents in Kashan toward the social, economic and physical. The research method is descriptive - analytic. For collecting the data is collected through a questionnaire distributed to 150 the number of people living in Mehr Housing. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical tests Test-T and ANOVA using SPSS and to establish and modeling the effects from structural equation modeling was used in the software AMOS. T test results indicate significant effects in the indicator Mehr Housin is examined views of residents. The analyze of findings by structural equation modeling showing that amoung of physical condition with 0/94 variable loadings has most important about views of residents. Also, by measuring the interaction between the study variables it was found that the impact on each physical factor - vary from 850 by a factor of social, economic factors - physical with the time factor and the economic factor 49/0 - 45/0 social factor load. On the other hand improve the quality of their physical structure can lead to increased satisfaction of social factors and vice versa. Economic aspects as well as the satisfaction of the satisfaction of social and physical dimensions has a significant positive effect.
