تبیین مولفه های تاثیر گذار بر رضایت مندی گردشگران(مطالعه موردی: محور نوشهر- رامسر)

چکیده مقاله :
رضایت گردشگر معمولا به افزایش نرخ حمایت از ماندگاری، وفاداری و جذب گردشگر کمک می کند و این امر نیز در کسب اهداف اقتصادی چون افزایش تعداد گردشگران و نیز افزایش سود موثر خواهد بود. هدف این پژوهش بررسی عوامل موثر بر رضایتمندی گردشگران در محور نوشهر-رامسر میباشد. نوع تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی مبتنی بر گرد آوری داده ها مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه است. باتوجه به مشخص نبودن تعدادگردشگران به مجتمع های گردشگری تعداد 214 به عنوان نمونه انتخاب گردید و به صورت تصادفی از نوع ساده در بین مراجعه کنندگان به مجتمع های گردشگری انتخاب گردید روایی گویههای پرسشنامه با نظر تعدادی از محققان تایید شده و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ به میزان 71/0محاسبه شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای آماری رگرسیون چند متغیره و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شده است. نتایج حاکی از آن است که از بین مولفه های رضایت مندی گردشگران مولفه خدمات عمومی با 2844/0 بیش ترین تاثیر را در رضایت مندی گردشگران داشته است.
