ارزیابی مؤلفه های کالبدی بناهای مسکونی شهر تبریز با رویکرد کیفیت بصری

چکیده مقاله :
در سال های اخیر، موضوع تحلیل کیفیت بصری جداره های بناهای مسکونی و قابلیت ترجمۀ آن به زبان محیط و معماری در آثار تاریخی، موردتوجه پژوهشگران این حوزه از دانش قرارگرفته است و متخصصان این حوزه تلاش نموده اند تا با کاربست این مفاهیم در معماری امروز، به تعالی بناهای امروزی منبعث از شناخت بناهای تاریخی بپردازند. بدین منظور، هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی و تدوین مدل تحلیلی کیفیت بصری جداره های بناهای مسکونی در خانه های تاریخی قاجاری شهر تبریز بهمنظور سنجش تأثیرگذاری عوامل کیفیت بین عناصر جداره های مسکونی در جذابیت بصری، کالبدی و ذهنی است. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای هدف، از نوع کاربردی و ازلحاظ نحوۀ گردآوری داده ها از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی هست که در آن از تعداد 50 کارشناس در فرآیند پژوهش استفاده گردید. بر این اساس، برای نیل به اهداف مطالعه، از دو نرم افزار SPSS26 (ارائه اطلاعات توصیفی) و Smart PLS3 (ارائه مدل معادلات ساختاری و سنجش تأثیر متغیرها بر هم) استفاده گردید. نتایج بهدستآمده از پژوهش، نشان از تأثیرگذاری مثبت، قوی و معنی دار متغیر کیفیت عناصر باکیفیت بصری (با ضریب مسیر 667/0)، تأثیر نسبتاً قوی و معنی دار عناصر کیفیتی بر عوامل کالبدی (با ضریب مسیر 567/0) و نهایتاً تأثیرگذاری متوسط و معنی دار عوامل کیفیتی بر مؤلفه های ذهنی (با ضریب مسیر 447/0) در جداره های مسکونی خانه های قاجاری است. رویکرد انتخابشده در پژوهش حاضر، ازجمله رویکردهای نوینی محسوب می شود که نتایج آن میتواند در نحوه بیان و معرفی ارتباطات کالبدی و پیوستگی فضای بیرونی، به خوانش مجدد در بناهای مسکونی امروزی بپردازد.
