چکیده مقاله :
بیشک یکی از ابعاد رقابت ژئوپلیتیک میان واحدهای جغرافیایی رقابت بر سر منابع آبی مشترک است. این موضوع تنش-های سیاسی، اقتصادی و در مواردی نظامی را به وجود آورده است؛ اما یکی از مهمترین تأثیرات این بحران چالش زیست پذیری مناطق جغرافیایی است؛ زیرا عنصر آب در کنار سایر مؤلفهها نقش حیاتی در تداوم زیست انسانی و محیطی مناطق جغرافیایی دارد. مرز ایران و افغانستان از جمله مناطقی است که با بحران هیدروپلیتیک دست به گریبان است. هدف این مقاله بررسی تأثیر بحران هیدروپلیتیک بر زیستپذیری مناطق جغرافیایی با تأکید بر جغرافیای مرزی ایران و افغانستان میباشد. سؤال اصلی مقاله این است که بحران هیدروپلیتیک چگونه زیستپذیری مناطق جغرافیایی با تأکید بر جغرافیای مرزی ایران و افغانستان را دچار چالش میکند؟ روش این مقاله توصیفی- تحلیلی است. نتایج مقاله نشان میدهد که با توجه به شکننده بودن جغرافیای منطقه مرزی ایران و افغانستان هرگونه دخالتی در اکوسیستم طبیعی منطقه منجر به وارد آمدن ضربات اساسی بر عناصر زیست پذیری منطقه و تضعیف توان اقتصادی و اجتماعی منطقه خواهد شد.
