بررسی اثر پرایمینگ هورمون اکسین بر شاخص جوانهزنی بذر گیاه دارویی مرزه تحت تنش شوری (Satureja hortensis)

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی اثر پیش تیمار هورمون اکسین و ارزیابی تحمل به تنش شوری بر رفتار جوانهزنی و خصوصیات رشد گیاهچههای مرزه، در سال 1398 در آزمایشگاه تکنولوژی بذر دانشگاه شاهد تهران بهصورت فاکتوریل دو عاملی در قالب طرح کاملاٌ تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا شد، عامل اول شامل چهار سطح شوری کلرید کلسیم (CACL) (صفر، 40، 80، 120 میلیمولار) و عامل دوم هورمون اکسین (LAA) (ایندرول –3- استیک اسید) در چهار سطح (صفر، 2/0، 4/0، 6/0 میلیگرم بر لیتر) اعمال شد. نتایج آزمایش نشان داد که اثر متقابل تیمار اکسین و شوری بر صفات درصد جوانهزنی، شاخص بنیه، طول ریشهچه، ساقهچه و نسبت آنها، وزن خشک، محتوای رطوبت نسبی، محتوای رنگیزه های فتوسنتزی گیاهچهها معنیدار بود. بیشترین درصد جوانهزنی مربوط به پیش تیمار اکسین با غلظت 4/0 (میلیگرم بر لیتر) با میانگین 63 درصد بود. تنش شوری باعث کاهش ویژگیهای جوانهزنی و پارامترهای رشد گیاه مرزه شد. نتایج نشان داد که پیش تیمار بذر با هورمونهای اکسین در شرایط تنش شوری باعث افزایش جوانهزنی بذرهای گیاه دارویی مرزه شد.
