Comparison of subcultures on the success of plant micropropagation of pineapple (Ananas comosus L. Merr)Review :Recent scientific advances in biotechnology lead to new methods of micropropagation of pineapple plant pineapple, mass propagation and reduce production costs is provided. Genetic changes associated with micropropagation of pineapple plants to create new varieties from the economic point of view, resistance to major pests and diseases are the most important goals pineapple application of biotechnology. In this study different stages of plant micropropagation of pineapple under the influence of concentration were compared. In order to micropropagation, meristem of the plant Pineapple isolated in sterile conditions and then it Murashige and Skoog medium (MS) with various concentrations of 6-benzyl Mynvpvryn ((1-2-3-4-5 Mgl NAA acid ((6 Mgl were cultured. by increasing the amount of hormones 6-Ynzyl Mynvpvryn average stem length (2 inches) and the proliferation rate (3 per explants). the growth rate rose. Keywords: pineapple seedlings - micropropagation - growth regulators Manuscript profile

Chamomile is one of the most important drugs known to man and one of the most widely used as medicinal plants in Europe, the Middle East, North America, Australia and African. It is cultivated mainly in order to use its blue essential oils. Due to its increasing use in Pharmaceutical industry, cosmetics, perfumery and flavoring food preparation is very important. In this study, the seed oil of Matricaria urea L. were purchased from the company of Pakan Bazr Isfahan, ground and then were extracted by soxhlet apparatus. The obtained sample oil was concentrated by rotary device and then, the fatty acids of obtained oil were changed into ester by esterification method. Then the sample diluted and analyzed by GC / MS qualitatively and quantitatively. Of the 66 isolated compounds 22 compounds containing 91.7% of oil were identified. The main components were 8, 11-Octadecadienoic acid, methyl ester (53%) and n-Decane (15.8%). Manuscript profile

Matrix solid-phase dispersion (MSPD) is a sample-preparation process was first introduced in 1989 for the extraction of drug residues from animal tissue. By blending tissues with a polymeric phase bound to a solid support one obtains a semi-dry material which can be used as a column packing material from which one can isolate drugs in a stepwise manner based on the solubility characteristics of the drugs in this matrix.Matrix solid phase dispersion (MSPD) has found particular application as an analytical process for the preparation, extraction and fractionation of solid, semi-solid and/or highly viscous biological samples.MSPD is based on several simple principles of chemistry and physics, involving forces applied to the sample by mechanical blending to produce complete sample disruption and the interactions of the sample matrix with a solid support bonded-phase (SPE) or the surface chemistry of other solid support materials. These rules are discussed as important factors in the MSPD extraction. Manuscript profile

Ageing could been resulted to increase of oxidative stress that could lead to damage of brain processes including cognitive functions. Since Hypericum extract have increasing effect on brain cognitive functions e.g. learning and memory , it’s effect on passive avoidance learning of male wistar rats were examined. Methods: 16 male wistar rats, each weighing about 250-300 g were divided into two groups, control and Hypericum extract group(animals administered with 350 mg/kg/day of Hypericum extract). All of groups had free access to water and food with no limitation. Hypericum extract was administrated orally each day for one week. The passive avoidance learning test was done in the shuttle box device following intending treatments for all groups and in similar conditions. In this test, increased time delay for the first time of entry to the dark chamber and decreased staying time in the dark chamber considered as improved passive avoidance learning The data were analyzed by SPSS software and one-way ANOVA followed by the Tuckey test.Findings: In compare to control group, passive avoidance indices were increased significantly. In other words, mean step through latency (STL) of H. perforatum group was 260 seconds and was higher than that of control group (240 seconds) significantly (p< .001). Conclusion: Our results indicated that administered Hypericum extract could increase passive avoidance learning indices in rats. Manuscript profile
