From spatial justice perspective , justice encompasses concepts such as appropriate functions and services distribution, convenient access to services and activities without discrimination between residents of a city or urban area. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the state of special justice in the distribution of Hygienic – Therapeutic services and facilities in the cities of Khuzestan province. For this practical study, the analytic–descriptive method was applied. The data were collected from the statistical yearbook of Khuzestan in 1390. The collected data were analyzed by using of different softwares such as SPSS, EXCEL, GIS and also TOPSIS methods, cluster analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient, Mann-Whitney test and other statistical methods. In this study, spatial justice in the distribution of hygienic- therapeutic development in the cities of Khuzestan province both in geography and population terms was examined. The geographical distribution of Hygienic –Therapeutic services seems balanced and harmonious. But from the population point of view, the distribution of health facilities are unequal and in conflict with justice. Manuscript profile

the aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between visual appearance and behavior of citizens is the emphasis on the Ardabil. The study type was applied and the descriptive-analytical and correlation method was applied. Accordingly, the data collected through questionnaires in a sample size of 50 directors, assistants and technicians working in the field of architecture, urban planning and beautification of Ardabil Town Hall and Ardabil faculty. And analyzed using Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis using SPSS statistical software has been The results show that the visual appearance and comfort of the city and there is a positive relationship. The results of multiple regression analysis, we can conclude that the visual appearance of indicators greater impact on peace with 0.533 to 0.128 citizens and the least impact on the orientation of the city is. What citizens expect from Ardabil supplying the visual appearance of peace, security, and help prevent Vandalism in orientation and ongoing reforms in the city of Ardabil, urban landscape identity to the place of religious, cultural and tourism to be tailored. In order to assess the drought situation in Kurdistan and its effect on performance of rain fed wheat, We have received monthly precipitation data for 10 meteorological stations from Meteorology organization and also data about the cultivation, production and performance of rain fed wheat from Agricultural Organization during (1982-2010) period. In order to analyze the drought was used Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) and percent of normal precipitation (PNPI) Index. The results showed that the normal precipitation (PNPI) Index, the most droughts with 8 cases in Bane station and the lowest number of droughts that occurred in Bijar station with 5 cases. Also that The Standardized Precipitation Index, the most droughts occurred in Marivan station with 10 cases and the lowest number of droughts occurred in Bijar station with 7 cases. In order to analysis the effects of meteorological drought on agriculture, we have used the relative performance of rain fed wheat index. Also the results show the correlation between rainfall and performance of rain fed wheat is direct and significant and the standardized precipitation index has same direction trend with standardization of the relative performance of rain fed wheat index. Both population growth and aging of the population will have undesirable consequences on the economic and social dimensions (Gheysarian, 2009: 1) Given that the spatial distribution of population, population structure is one of important issues (Mohajerani, 2010: 45) The study with indicators of aging, the aging of the rural population's spatial distribution using Geographic Information System GIS in census periods 1996, 2006 and 2011 were analyzed. The results of this study indicate that the three census periods of 1996, 2006 and 2011, the cluster model in our aging index and means that we focus on the central part of the country's population aging populations are not distributed and balanced in the country and continue this process will lead to more focus on the elderly population. The space between the center and the control center for a high rate of aging in our country, Finally, the rural elderly population is increasing. Manuscript profile

Spatial planning is the distribution and organization of activities in the area. In origin the space program, planning the physical structure and activity planning level. the first step in macro-level planning process to determine areas is planned as homogeneous units. the aim of this study was to determine homogeneous areas planned in Tehran with an emphasis on urban and rural planning system is in this metropolitan area. type of study is applied and the method is descriptive - analytical. in this paper to determine thehomogeneity regions of the 3 basic criteria: the built environment, socio-economic environment and the natural environment with the total of 22 indices (items) are used. planning for the homogeneous regions of k-mean clustering method is used. Clustering techniques include the use of multivariate data among groups or clusters of that, of course, on the basis of homogeneity among the objects are the same as those in the group are very similar. to perform clustering, layers (index) after processing, switching and computing environments Arc Gis software and Matlab, for 4 base area and homogeneous planning in the form of maps showing the boundaries of each of the zones identified and strategies were presented to each . This study was designed to investigate the role of tectonics and lithology of the major parameters affecting slope instability in the study area is examined. The study revealed that about 90% of the body surface elevations north basin sedimentary formations are composed of water spreading Tasuj. Performance of heavy tectonic especially to resistant and non-resistant, creating congestion fault-up (km2 / km) 2/2 with rule systems, Periglacial erosion, especially at altitude 1700 meters high makes up the physical degradation of rocks and receding cliff streams Banks typically isolated, drawn very widely in the region to form. To study aims to investigate the software Arc GIS and remote sensing data used and eventually plans to map geological tectonics and lithology and sensitivity of mass movements in the unstable range, the combination of combine the. The results show that the instability prevailing in the region, mainly debris slope range (Debris slide) and debris valley (Debris flow) and their dynamics have also mostly of natural origin, which are among the factors to be effective the role of tectonics and lithology, geological structure associated with susceptibility to type such important parameters affecting their pay. The results of quantitative analysis showed that the most unstable range (mass movement) due to faults in the region and formations susceptible to erosion has occurred. Manuscript profile

Understanding the climatic or bioclimatic comfort potential in different geographical areas, can help in the region planning and development process. What is important for the tourist to know is knowing the climatic situation of that area. Therefore, the aim of this study to more develop the tourism industry based on the optimal time and place for the Tourists presence. In this study, we tried to evaluate the comfort or non-convenience using the statistical date of the Noushahr weather station over the years 1977 – 2011based on the effective temperatures,Terjung, Baker, and neuroticpressure bioclimatic models indicate and analyse the optimal time for the tourists presence using these indicators. So considering the areas characteristics using the above ways can lead to a well operation of the environmental conditions. Results show that the area enjoys bioclimatic the most hot and the most cold conditions over the year. October and may, are the best time for the tourists presence. Manuscript profile
