        Abstract One of the important and serious subjects in recent decades is concentration on methodological issues and its application in various areas. Of course using of different procedures and methods has been taken into consideration by scientist from long time ago. But in recent years focus on this matter which is phenomenology has been clear through various researches. This is one of the most complicated researches in political and social sciences area: which shares specific characteristics with interpretive researches. That developed against positivism and empiricism in 19th century. Application of phenomenological research in politics opens new realms for scientists and scientific elites and creates important theoretical and methodological results. Application and clarifying of some of the methodological and epistemological of this phenomenological research in politics is the main goal of this paper. It seems that the goal of phenomenology encompasses special outcomes and can be appropriate epistemological base for political system. Paleontology genealogy methodological approach of phenomenology and its various types review of the attitudes of its researchers and tinkers and finally the consequences of phenomenological approach in political science make the main format of this article.     Manuscript profile

        Abstract After the disintegration of the Soviet Union, many scholars thought that the Russian-American confrontation had ended and it would be replaced with cooperation. However, after a short period this optimism gradually faded out and a new period of conflict emerged. Although the new confrontation was not as sever as the previous one, but it implied a new competition in Russian-American bilateral ties. The new conflict and competition could be seen in several areas such as Russian Neighbors (Central Asian Countries & Caucausus), Missile Defense System and Arms Control and Iran as well.         Abstract After the collapse of the Soviet Union and German unity, it was perhaps hard to predict that two countries relations in various aspects go to the close relationship. German and Russian relations are having a very long history, from ups and downs and convergence to divergence and war to peace. Elements and different items have been influenced on the bilateral relations between two countries.           Abstract The research aiming to analyze, describe water interactions between Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan from 2001 to 2010. International Security process depends on variety of Independent Variables. Water is one of those Strategic parameters. Indeed, Water can play as a fundamental source of peace, security & conflict among UN member states foreign policy. Nonetheless, U.S. is Iran's neighbor after Mexico and Canada inside occupied Afghanistan and Iraq. Is it a threat? Water scarcity in a region can generate variety of insecurities. Global threads like dust storms, drug, HIV Aids, terrorism, pollution, poverty and environmental crisis, can travel easily around the world and moving across national borders. In opposition, human security paradigm, introduce variety of different type of security, like economical, political, social, health, personal, environmental security. Human security has not any link with weapon. "Human security entails basic material needs, human dignity, Human security describes a condition of existence in which basic material needs are met and in which human dignity, including meaningful participation in the life of the community, can be met".         Abstract The fall of the U.S.S.R. and the establishment of the Commonwealth of Independent States (C.I.S), created a new situation in the northern borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This article intends to study the regional integration in the South Caucasia, based on integrative approaches. The objective of this paper is in fact to analyze the possibility of integration of the Azerbaijan republics with those of Armenia and Georgia, drawing on Cantori and Spiegel theories of integration, and the effect of this integration on the interests of the Islamic Republic of Iran.         Abstract A historical studies show the key role of elites in cultural, economic and social changes of the society. Attention of the most advanced countries is based on country elite’s especially political elites of the ruler class who have a major role in the process of country decision-making and development. Then, this will shape in the shadow of stability in the society. In reality, political stability is an observer of the balance of nation demands from one side, and state function from other side. Other analyzers believe to the structural point of view which means the importance of political system. In their views, the system could give a direction to the political elites. Hence, this group is concentrating on the mental integration of political elites in terms of political stability.         Abstract Identity is one of the basic concepts in humankind's life and in addition, is one of the most important changed concepts in Globalization era and Post modernism ideas. Although, Identities will lose their past functions and this may cause identity crisis. Meanwhile, states that have powerful and effective functions in the past are losing their power and function, subsequently try to keep their power by a kind of limited meaning system to describe their own constructed identity and make this kind of identity as a symbol of national identity by using of force, threatening, pressure, censorship and so on.
