The U.S has turned to economic nationalism with Trump's inception that poses many risks to economic liberal order; however, this decision has its own reasons. So the main question of this study is, what are the reasons for Trump's adoption of nationalist economic policies? The hypothesis is that, according to networked approach in US foreign policy, Trump's adoption of nationalist economic policies in the domestic dimension is due to the attraction and retention of his supporters who have widespread fears of the dangers of the current world economic order and have suffered many losses. They are considered to be a loser. Also on the foreign side, the rise of emerging economic powers and the threat of a US economic position that will extend to other sectors in the long run are another reason for adopting these policies. The purpose of this study is to clearly explain the reasons for Trump's adoption of economic nationalism based on networked approach in US foreign policy. Trump has won by linking economic nationalism with conservatism. On the other hand, he has turned to economic nationalism due to US economic challenges and slowing growth of other countries, especially China, which is expected to surpass the US by 2030. In this paper, the determinant factors and processes in the West Asian region are investigated in three areas of structures, actors, and processes as interconnected and interrelated items. The theoretical framework of the research is based on the Steven David''s Omni-Balancing theory, asserting that governments not only consider external military threats in their own security calculations, but also address domestic dangers. After reviewing the structures affecting the security order of the region, the writers explain the role of extra-regional, sub-national/non-state and state actors. Then, processes affecting the security order of West Asia will be examined with emphasis on identity differences, poverty and inequality, water crisis and Islamism. The article then focuses on regional patterns of regional security in West Asia, including Puzzle and Chess patterns, which put actors involved in the security equitations of the region in a state of perplexity. The paper concludes that due to the uncertainty and unpredictability of regional dynamics, the lack of a regulative principle, the plurality and diversity of actors and finally the fluid process, it would be difficult to predict the future of regional order and security. In such a situation, it seems that the ultimate solution would be initiatives such as security networking and a strong region. The research method is descriptive-analytic and documentary and reliable internet based sources have been used to collect the information. Manuscript profile

Washington-Riyadh Defense Cooperation has a long history. Relations between Saudi Arabia and the United States have two different goals. The most important goal of the Saudi government to strengthen its relationship with the United States is "security," calling for Washington to support Al Saud in Saudi Arabia and at the level of the West Asian region, but the United States continues to have a relationship with Saudi Arabia, in addition to its defense From the Zionist regime, he pursues most of the "economic" goals. This article looks at the causes of the evolution of this collaboration. The authors are trying to show that the defense cooperation between the two countries was essentially due to the formation of a patron-to-follow relationship between them in the 1940s and then to the development of this relationship in the decades to come. In fact, what we are seeing is that, with the deepening and expansion of the patronage relationship between Saudi Arabia and the United States during the period under review, military cooperation between them has seen considerable quantitative and qualitative growth so that at this time of Saudi Arabia after Israel and Pahlavi Iran became the third US military partner in the Middle East. The important question is, how does the United States play a major role for Saudi Arabia in the Middle East? The hypothesis is that the United States is not only providing weapons, military training, and building military infrastructure for Saudi Arabia, but also defining its defense strategy. As a result, the United States has played a major role in the formation and modernization of Saudi military forces. Manuscript profile

With the collapse of the Soviet Union and the emergence of newly independent republics, mostly unstable and with the establishment of a crisis center in the Central Asian region, opportunities and challenges for the Islamic Republic of Iran as a country bordering the region to .Come. The main question in this article is how influential structures are on the decisions of Iran's foreign policy in the Central Asian region, especially in Tajikistan. In answer to this question, the hypothesis can be based on indicators such as political-security, cultural and economic, which has formed the form of Iran's foreign policy towards Central Asian countries, including Tajikistan, as it seems. Adopting a collaborative approach and convergence with the countries of the region can be the most rational and effective strategy for an Iranian who is neither a strategic ally nor an ideological ally.
