        For the past 3 decades, creating industrial clusters have been considered as an approach for the development of most small and medium enterprises. The goal of this programme is that all small and medium enterprises locating in a certain geoghraphic area can concentrate on cluster approach to collaborate in market research, production design, training and other activities that are not economical and feasible for the individuals. Indeed, Cluster approach is able to make small and medium enterprises to joint venture and contract with large companies by grouping and networking. Cluster approach and networking method can grow industrial development. This paper technically defines the role of cluster approach on small and medium enterprise development in Iran and identifies the advantages of the approach by presenting successful and practical examples of othe countries.         In this paper, a model has been provided for selecting right portfolio in stock exchange. The ranking of financial industries and companies has been applied for the selection of the right stock in this model. These rankings have been done through PROMETHEE Decision- making Method. Technical Analysis aims to determine the right time to buy and sell the superior stocks. A survey study is also done for identifying effective criteria in the evaluation of industry and company. The model developed will be applied in Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE) as a real case to solve the problem. It is concluded that, by using both Fundamental and Technical Analysis, an investor can get higher return on stocks instead of using just one individual analysis. In other words, while Fundamental Analysis distinguishes which stocks is the best to buy, Technical Analysis represents when to buy the superior stocks. Manuscript profile

        This research aims to discuss Customer Perceived Value (CPV) in retail trades from an applicable value standpoint. It is to provide a new path for the success of the firms operating in the present competitive market, and to solve the scientific gap in the field in Iran. Here, CPV has been studied in Shahrvand chain stores. The research methodology is a combination of descriptive-survey and correlation methods. The data are collected through a questionnaire compiled and distributed among the population selected through Tehran Shahrvand chain stores during the year 2011. The sample size is 440 obtained by 110 questionnaires distributed to 4 districts of Tehran. The selection of samples number in specific days as well as of the stores has been non-randomly and systematically. However, the people for the sample time are randomly chosen. The analysis and test hypothesis have been made using structural equations models. The findings suggest that there is a direct significant relation between CPV and practical values impacts.         The aim of this paper is to determine the use of lean management components in the libraries of medical sciences universities in the north provinces of Iran. The methodology is a cross-sectional survey in which the viewpoints of 105 managers and employees in different units of libraries of medical sciences universities are evaluated in Mazandaran, Golestan, and Gilan to determine the application of the lean management components. All 150 people are selected as a sample because of the limitation of the research population. The data are collected by using a questionnaire containing 8 sections and 64 questions based on Likret scale and Delphi method. The data collected are analyzed according to descriptive and inferential statics including one-sample t-test, independent t-test, Freidman, Kruskal Wallis and Mann Whitney by using SPSS 20. Assuming the criterion number 3, the average of total scores of lean management components will be 3/69 in the libraries under study. The highest average of the score (3/88) belongs to buying system management and the lowest (3/54) to human resource management. There is a significant difference between the viewpoints of the managers and librarians of the libraries studied in these 4 universities about lean management components and also on the situation of lean management (p≤0/05).         In recent years, the existing competitions between investment companies have been increased largely by entering private investors in capital market. Large and powerful companies try to achieve the goals predicted to increase the competition capacity. To analyze the efficiency of investment companies, parametric and non-parametric methods are used. In this research, based on the dissociation power and sensitivity of outliers efficiency frontier in DEA, the efficiency of 31 investment companies listed in Tehran Stock Exchange are evaluated by DEA models and neural network integrated model as 2 non-parametric methods during 2009-2011. Due o the weakness of DEA in ranking efficient units, these units will be ranked by Anderson and Peterson method. In DEA neural network integrated approach, multi-layer perspetron network by LM two training algorithm are used. When comparing the results of integrated model and DEA, the power of neural network will be represented for evaluating the efficiency. Manuscript profile

        This research studies the impact of E-banking service quality on customer satisfaction and commitment. The aim of study is applicable, and given the importance of topic, 384 customers of Saderat Bank branches in Tehran Province who experienced the use of bank electronic services selected by sampling and randomly. by the use of a questionnaire, the data are collected. For evaluating questionnaire validity, a formal, content and construct validity will be used. Internal consistency reliability coefficient Alpha is applied to ensure the reliability of the survey instrument. This survey Alpha is 0/912 that is more than 0/7. This study is descriptive-survey using statistical–analytical techniques to analyze the data. In order to confirm or reject the hypothesis, descriptive analysis is used to analyze demographic data and inferential analysis by the use of structural equation modeling. The results represent that all hypotheses are proven. That is, service perceived quality of e-banking has positive effect on customer satisfaction. E-banking service perceived satisfaction has a positive effect on customer commitment. Perceived quality of E-banking services has a positive effect on customer commitment. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of the present research is to study the effect of at-work trainings on managers’ skills. In this research, manager’s training is considered as independent variable. It is operative by sub index conceptual, human and technical skills but called as dependent variable in Robert Katz’s theory. The method used here is experimental done by a pretest-posttest group. The statistical population contains all managers working in 8th and 12th regions of Islamic Azad University. The method of sampling is disposal sample participating in managers’ skills training workshops. The measurement instrument is a pretest and posttest questionnaire. To analyze data, descriptive and inferential statistics including tests of Kolmogro-Smirnov, and Sign and ranking test of Friedman and so SPSS software are applied. Also, a deductive and descriptive statistics method is used to analyze the inputs. The results of analyzing the data represent that, at-work training will promote conceptual, human and technical skills of the managers in Islamic Azad University. But, effectiveness sequence of skills caused by at-work trainings is different from Robert Kats theory. In Robert Kats theory, training increases technical skill more than the others. Whereas, in this research, it is clear that at-work trainings firstly empower human skills and secondly technical skills and then conceptual skills. Manuscript profile

        The concept or phenomenon of Meritocracy has different definitions, meanings andperceptions. This paper titled "Evaluation and Analysis of meritocracy barriers in tele-communaction infrastructure company"  aims to explore, analyze and challenge internal and external factors affecting meritocracy  in the company under study during 2011-2012. The method of sampling is stratified random study proportionate to the volume of each classification. The samples contains 317 poeple. The study has a really descriptive survey method. To gather the data needed, a questionnaire is used. The data collected are analysed by SPSS software. Research questions are also analyzed by binomial tests. The results represent that, by 95 percent of confidence, external factors like cultural, political, legal and economical ones and internal factors of the content and  institution as structural- managerial, strategy, technology and organizational culture and also internal factors related to human resources management as absorption and provision systems, maintainance and preservation,  training and improvement and finally effective use of human resources are of the barriers of meritocracy in tele-communication infrastructure company.
