Absorption capacity is a mechanism for identifying, absorbing and applying new knowledge and an important factor in achieving innovative performance. The present research uses an applied objective. The data are collected through a descriptive-survey method in order to investigate the association of absorptive capacity with company's innovative performance with the mediating role of open innovation. The statistical sample of the study consisted of 250 employees of knowledge-based companies in the Science and Technology Park of Tehran University. Using Morgan table and simple random sampling method, 148 sample size was considered. Data were collected through standard questionnaires. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used to analyze the data and examine the hypotheses using partial least squares method (PLS). The results of the research confirm the main hypothesis, which shows the relationship between absorption capacity and innovative performance of the company. Sub-assumptions of the research include: potential absorption capacity, actual absorption capacity and open innovation have a significant relationship with the company's innovative performance, also absorption capacity has a significant relationship with open innovation. Therefore, absorption capacity with the mediating role of open innovation has a significant relationship with the company's innovative performance. Manuscript profile

The banks are the most important financial institutions in the financial markets, which play a vital role in the growth of the economy and supporting businesses, and their financial performance is always important as a measure to measure the health and financial stability of banks. Therefore, the evaluation of financial performance in private banks is one of the important issues in the banking industry, and due to the importance of the relationship between financial leverage and financial performance, the purpose of this research is to identify and rank the capital structure index effective on the evaluation of financial performance in private banks. The statistical population of the current research is the experts of private banks who were selected by snowball sampling method. This study was conducted in two qualitative and quantitative phases and in the period of 2022-2024. In the qualitative phase, database theory and semi-structured interviews have been used to identify capital structure indicators. In the quantitative phase, the identified indicators were ranked using the fuzzy hierarchy technique and the paired comparison questionnaire. The results indicate that 13 indicators have been determined as capital structure indicators that are effective in evaluating the financial performance of private banks, after determining their weight with the fuzzy AHP method, the interest coverage ratio index has the first rank and the debt coverage index has the last rank. The purpose of this article is to analyze the technical meta-analysis of poverty rates Misery index and economic growth on per capita health expenditures in low- and middle-income groups in Iran. The research method is ARDL methodology, which simultaneously estimates the long-term and short-term relationships between explanatory variables of the model. The results of the estimation of the model using the autocorrelation method with distributed lag (ARDL) showed that there was a long-term cointegration relationship between the variables of the model and it was found that the coefficient of the logarithm of economic growth (EG) is statistically significant and indicates that economic growth It has a positive effect on the health index, but the coefficient of the logarithm of the misery index variable (MI (-1)) has the desired negative sign and is statistically significant. That is, the misery index in the previous years has a negative and significant effect on the per capita misery of the following years. Also, the coefficient of the logarithm of the misery index variable (misery index with two breaks) MI (-2))) is statistically significant but has the intended sign and indicates that the misery index of the previous two periods has a negative effect on the health leaders. . Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between the variables of the observed pattern. In the long term, the variables of economic growth and misery index are statistically significant and have an impact on the health function per capita. Manuscript profile

This study uses the Panel VAR methodology to examine the impact of globalization on the effectiveness of monetary policies in a subset of Islamic countries. For this purpose, first, changes in real per capita gross production and changes in inflation rate were estimated using Hadrick-Prescott filter during the period of 2000-2019. In order to investigate the effect of globalization on production changes and inflation rate changes, auto-regression panel data pattern was used. Then, using the shock response test, the impact of globalization on the efficiency of monetary policies in the economy of selected Islamic countries was analyzed. The findings reveal that globalization, in conjunction with enhanced liquidity, induces shifts in GDP, thereby diminishing the potency of monetary policy. Shocks stemming from the interactive variable of globalization and interest rates drive fluctuations in GDP, underscoring the diminished efficacy of monetary policy due to interest rates. Over the long term, alterations in the inflation rate exhibit no discernible response to shocks from the interactive variables of financial globalization, liquidity volume, and globalization combined with interest rates. Consequently, in the extended term, monetary policy wielded through interest rates mitigates inflationary shifts, underscoring the efficacy of the interest rate channel. Therefore, Islamic countries can strengthen the mobility and transfer of foreign capitals to the country by increasing the domestic interest rate, which with the entry of foreign capitals will strengthen the domestic production capacities, followed by an increase in exports and an increase in foreign investment, and in this way will lead to By strengthening the supply side of the domestic economy, controlling and reducing inflation is achieved.
