Organizational diagnosis is a systematic and scientific method to identify, categorize and single out the obstacles and their impact on organizational performance through interaction between internal and external views and preparation and setting up operational plans to solve them in the organization. Providing standard products and emphasizing on the financial measures do not guarantee the survival. Consequently, organizations are obliged to constantly analyze the market and anticipate the future needs of the customers. By examining various organizational diagnosis approaches and processes and considering the specifications and issues for all companies in Iran, this paper attempted to provide an integrated model to be established as an organizational diagnosis process in a selected company. Regarding the studies done in this field by using various models for the evaluation of the organization performance and organizational diagnosis, this research aimed to employ a comprehensive approach to identify and solve problems in organizations and to provide a fuzzy methodology to identify and rank the most important indicators of organizational diagnosis in the organization. As a case study in RojinTak Agro–industry, the study used the technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) as one of the multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) techniques for identifying and ranking criteria and EFQM approach in order to identify problems and provide solutions. Taxation is one of the significant phenomena in any economy as it not only generates revenues for existing government, but also serves as a fiscal tool and stabilization policy. One of the main types of taxation is the petroleum tax which accounts for more than 30% of revenue for developed countries and more than 85% for developing economies. This work focuses on petroleum producing giants in Iran. The tax system has changed over time with changing circumstances such as the structure of political environment, the nature of respective oil industry, the policies of the individual oil associations, the price of oil, and domestic demand. The study found that the tax systems of Iran are not fixed over time and they are not adequately flexible to attune to profitability or non-profitability of oil as well as price. Energy resources are one of the factors essential to the economic development of countries such as Iran and five fossil fuels, especially oil products are the most important resources that are used. As a result, use of these fuels, on the one hand, reduce the energy resources that we face with the completion of the resources and on the other hand, we are actually affected by air pollution and climate change. Energy consumption patterns of production and consumption sectors are inappropriate and that has led to the lower position of Iran among other countries in terms of energy efficiency, causing environmental problems. According to the results, a tax on gasoline, gas oil, fuel oil and liquefied petroleum gas has been reduced to increase their consumption. Manuscript profile

The purpose of this article is to investigate the divergent approaches of Iranian couples towards purchasing activities. A questionnaire comprising 55 items was distributed among 400 couples in shopping centers in order to examine their decision-making styles. Analyses conducted included scale reliabilities and validities, as well as EFA and CFA were utilized. Seven decision making styles among Iranian couples associated with their shopping patterns were perceived. The findings indicated that decision making styles are culture-specific phenomena and differ among nations. While generally supportive of the CSI, the findings require more validation. The results can be employed to help enhance the effectiveness of marketers’ and sociologists’ strategies. The present research strives to clarify the decision-making styles of couples so as to provide marketers interested in the decision-making profile of Iranian consumers with information and therefore enable them to construct their marketing attempts accordingly. The industrial Internet of Things (IoT) is aiming to interconnect humans, machines, materials, processes and services in a network. Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) comprises the less power consuming, light weight and effective Sensor Nodes (SNs) for higher network performance. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and sensor networks are both wireless technologies that provide limitless future potentials. ZigBee is a sensor based special network which pulls the trigger to establish it in wireless network standard. ZigBee is the real time application for the WSN used for low-cost data and energy consumption characteristics. Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) system is a contactless automatic identification system using small, low-cost RFID tag to an animate or inanimate object. Because of the advantage of simultaneous recognition of massive amounts of information, it is expected to replace the traditional bar-code system. We evaluated based on the work done on the features which is best for wearable sensors. Manuscript profile

The complex information systems such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems are essential for organizations to make them competitive. However, the success of ERP system projects is a difficult process as it involves different types of end user assessment. The main objective of the present study is to find the key determinants that open the door to employee satisfaction and adoption of ERP system. This study conducted a survey method among sixty-three employees in Ferro Gilan Complex, Iran's first and largest private sector steel rolling company. Survey data were analyzed using the partial least squares (PLS) method while Smart PLS was used to test the hypotheses and to validate the proposed model. The results of this study indicated the determinants of ERP adoption and satisfaction. The study may also provide relevant evidence to organizations involved in the ERP implementation process in developing countries. Manuscript profile

Recommender systems are a branch of retrieval systems and information matching, which through identifying the interests and requires of the user, help the users achieve the desired information or service through a massive selection of choices. In recent years, the recommender systems apply describing information in the terms of the user, such as location, time, and task, in order to produce relevant and even customized recommendations. Recently, some companies began to utilize the context information in their search engines. For instance, when choosing a song for the customer, it attempts to include the current mood of the listener in the context of the suggestions that the user makes. Employing context information, in view of the system's access and ability to collect information from the user interface, it offers more precise and user-friendly content that, in addition to obtaining user satisfaction, will also lead to the development and promotion of the field of work and the concept known as context-aware recommender system. In particular, this paper explores the dimensions of research, work areas, architectures, and tools employed and the ability to create a structure that researchers have based on in this area. The Organization Readiness of Engineering Project Management Based on Virtual Teams has been analyzed in an Iranian Engineering firm. Adapting and analyzing the latest readiness model, experts’ opinions were received by questionnaires and main criteria of the readiness have been identified. The considered readiness criteria are: Infrastructure, Deliverables (Drawings, Reports, Minutes of Meetings, Letters and Invoices), Human Resources, Information Technology and Communications, Organization Chart, Financial Resources and Business Environment Factors. They have been classified by Interpretive Structural Model (ISM) and MicMac Analysis. The Priorities have been determined by Friedman Test. The sub-criteria of two main criteria with the highest priority are Human Resources and Deliverables that have been selected by experts and their priorities have been determined by calculation of the Eigenvalue in the linear system of the model. In order to enlist virtual teams in this engineering firm, it is necessary to improve human resources team knowledge, which increases the quality of the deliverables. Manuscript profile

Risk phenomenon is one of the key characteristics of decision making in the fields of investment, issues associated with financial markets, and various economic activities. The present study was an attempt to evaluate the impact of different periods of life cycle of companies on the relevance of risk measures of companies. In this study, the collected data have been analyzed in three stages. First, the statistical sample companies were selected using the elimination method. Then, the companies were divided into the stages of creation, growth, maturity, recovery, and decline using the Dickinson Cash Flow Pattern [1]. In the next step, the effect of risk measures was investigated in each stage and the stock return was utilized as a dependent variable. In order to test the research hypotheses, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov (K-S) test and the parametric multivariate regression method were used to check the normal distribution of data and to test the assumptions, respectively. The results of 406 year-company during the period of 2005-2015 indicated that the relevance of risk measures as well as the increasing explanatory power of risk measures in different stages of life cycle (birth, growth, maturity, recovery, and decline) have a significant difference with each other.
