Implementing information technology projects requires a calculated process to prevent failure. At the same time application of information technology in organizations faces various potential risks. Exploring information technology environment in organizations reveals the potential risks and provides a structure for comprehensive risk management. There are various methods available for risk management which the purpose of all these methods is proposing the most appropriate design for removing or minimizing the risk or reducing it to an acceptable level. One of these methods is real option approach. Real option theory is a right of decision making which potentially leads to value increase, although doesn’t create any commitment to its owner. This theory, offers a new and more actual concept of opportunity evaluation and strategic risk evaluation which traditional evaluation methods usually ignore. The aim of this research, is explaining the role of real option in e-business risk management. The study is an applied research and is both qualitative and quantitative. The research method which was used is case study (e-treasury project). The target population includes managers and experts of the project which had managerial or practical experience of at least one e-business project (experience of transition from traditional mode to electronic mode). The findings suggest that a combination of various real options could be applied to financial, organizational, environmental, etc risks management. The results also indicate that real option to defer has the most application in projects’ risk management. Manuscript profile

E-banking (electronic banking) is the modified business banking toward E-business (electronic business) banking that actually uses the electronic communication channels such as internet, phones, cell phones and the like. By using this method, the demands of customers such as time independent and high flexible actions are satisfied. In this process, marketing is so important because guiding customers of bank for using these platforms leads to decrease in costs and increase in profit of the organization. Due to the importance of E-banking, the current study tries to introduce a framework for customer orientation using marketing of ambulant E-banking services. This study uses a descriptive-survey method on a population of all customers of Mellat bank in Isfahan in 2013, using random sampling method. The sample size was 430 participants with 408 acquired questionnaires. A questionnaire with 40 questions was used as the measuring tool made by authors with validity and reliability factors about 0.73 and 0.85 respectively. Data analysis was done using single variable T-test, Kalmogorov- Smiranov test, and multivariate analysis of variance. The key E-marketing components (customer relationship management, supply chain management, information systems integration and information clarification) were considered as the dependent variables. Then, their effect on customer orientation was analyzed as our independent variable. Analysis was done by SPSS software. The results showed that computed averages on developing the questionnaire components are much greater than the assumed values. According to the results, the effect of mentioned components on customer orientation was approved. Manuscript profile

This paper proposes a method for ranking decision making units (DMUs) using some of the multiple criteria decision making / multiple attribute decision making (MCDM /MADM) techniques, namely, interval analytic hierarchy process (IAHP) and the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS). Since the efficiency score of unity is assigned to the efficient units, we determine the efficient units by standard DEA models, and calculate the weights of the criteria using IAHP. It should be mentioned that the judgments are made crisp in the interval pairwise comparison matrix by the Monte Carlo simulation. In the end, we utilize TOPSIS using IAHP to rank bank branches in Iran Manuscript profile

E-commerce that has undergone an increasing trend in recent years has been regarded as the modern method for transfer of information and economic exchange. This phenomenon brings about massive changes in most of relations between various economic institutions. Such changes have also occurred in tax systems. Hence, the present research aims to investigate effect of E-commerce on tax structure in European Union Countries. To achieve aims of study, content analysis method which is an authentic method in research methodology at the area of social science was used. Searchingthe collection of researchstudies has been during 2000-2014. Findings of the present research indicated that respective governments engage in imposing value-added tax(VAT). Further, it has been indicated that e-commerce plays a potential role in economic growth and job creation in European Union Countries. In general, it can say that as dual role of e-commerce on tax system raises reduction of government's tax revenue in a short-term on one hand and raises economic growth and improvement of employment status on the other hand, thus adoption of tax Macro Decisions must be taken into account with a deep consideration Manuscript profile

Faults in computer networks may result in millions of dollars in cost. Faults in a network need to be localized and repaired to keep the health of the network. Fault management systems are used to keep today’s complex networks running without significant cost, either by using active techniques or passive techniques. In this paper, we propose a novel approach based on imperialist competitive algorithm using passive techniques to localize faults in computer networks. The presented approach using end-to-end data detect that there are faults on the network, and then we use imperialist competitive algorithm (ICA) to localize faults on the network. The aim of proposed approach is to minimize the cost of localization of faults in the network. According to simulation results, our algorithm is better than other state-of-the-art approaches that localize and repair all faults in a network. Manuscript profile

One very significant issues in most educational systems, the question is educational achievement levels of students in exams. The educational system is one of the most important indicators of education performance and evaluation of teaching and the learning is the fact that the performance of the system output in each year. The method of the research is descriptive-survey. The research community of the study is the third grade secondary school’ students of Arak city. The study sample was 192 students in the 1389-1392 timeframe. The factors affecting the success of students in the final exams at the high school was identified and then offered the artificial neural network model to predict the success of students in examinations. The results showed the selective model of MLP with three layers (input, hidden and output) respectively with (6-3-1) neurons and the estimated accuracy was (95.249). Manuscript profile

In this paper, an effective numerical method is introduced for the treatment of nonlinear two-dimensional Volterra-Fredholm integro-differential equations. Here, we use the so-called two-dimensional block-pulse functions.First, the two-dimensional block-pulse operational matrix of integration and differentiation has been presented. Then, by using this matrices, the nonlinear two-dimensional Volterra-Fredholm integro-differential equation has been reduced to an algebraic system. Some numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness and accuracy of the method Manuscript profile
