        The cross comparison of works of arts has recently attracted many researchers. In this article, the theme of utopian life in the works of Chinua Achebe and Gholamshossein Saedi was analyzed. Novelist like Achebe and Saedi find the path to salvation and rescue in terminating the west colonialism, the rescue of the country, return to the original traditions and customs of Africa as the best way of achieving utopia; the other novelist, Saedi, find the utopian life in the serine and tranquilized rural life for getting rid of the problems of modern life and release from mental and psychological problems and love failures. Both writers through the selection of fictional characters and setting selection on the way of their artistic endeavor have shared many commonalities. This article, the two protagonists, ideas and ideals, their thoughts and mode of thinking about the existence, their utopian yearnings, mode of setting selection, and the influence of political and social orientations on them were analyzed and their similarities were determined.         "Nostalgia" is known as one of the alive subjects in psychology as well as in the field of literature and as Arabic and Persian contemporary poets' topics. Sigh, yearning and thinking about old good days could be seen frequently in Nazik al-Malaika and Mehdi Akhavan Saless's poetries. Positions, life and society situations, thoughts and emotions and being familiar with many other poets caused strong nostalgia sense excitation. This article intends to study nostalgia manifestation in abovementioned poets' works in analytical – descriptive method. The results show that yearning on childhood, historical and mythical past, homesickness, death and being far away from utopia are of the most frequency in their poetries. Manuscript profile

Motherland is the subject that has been selected as the main theme by Mahmoud Darvish and made him famous. His poets are about homesickness, childhood sweet period, being far away from friends and relatives as well as social and economic disorders.         Didactic literature in the Iraqi style is becoming one of the main teaching branches and it is worthwhile to study the didactic ideas of the poets of this style with a closer look. For describing this issue and answering the research question it is helpful to investigate the didactic teachings of the poets of this style. Since this approach does not address the educational thought of Gisudraz, the authors in this study try to present the didactic trainings of Gisudraz in various realms by means of thematic analysis and citing first-hand sources; among these trainings are: protest against the adversities of existence, kindness and its significance in human's understanding, importance of the book and book-reading. These items have been expressed in simple and fluent language following Saadi. In fact, education and training are the influential themes in his poetry collection.  Manuscript profile
