Family is one of the most core elements of society which is formed by marriage. Through time, several factors have evolved the Natural and innate routine of marriage and has removed it from its Shari'a and customary state. White marriage is one of the concepts that entered the Iranian culture from the western lifestyle. It is a bond existing between two people for an indefinite period of time and lacks social and legal legitimacy in our society. Cohabitation is generally defined as living together in an intimate relationship without marriage. Despite marital status being the ultimate indicator of relationship commitment, the opportunity to marry has not always been available to everyone. For many people, cohabitation is the only way to show such commitment, and for others it is a priority. The current research is conducted using analytical-descriptive method and in terms of the type of data used, it is a review research, since the ways to deal with white marriage have been investigated. The results of this research show that in our country, the issues on the way to marriage drive people to white marriage. In other countries, cultural and value changes have caused the spread of this lifestyle, but in our country, issues such as the economic situation, cumbersome customs, expensive ceremonies, etc. cause people to tend towards white marriage. Therefore Considering the prevalence of this phenomenon among people in the society, the role of government, national media and family as the most influential factors is very essential and necessitates useful and effective educational measures. The family is the most significant foundation affecting the identity and physical health of individuals in the community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the pros and cons of white marriage and to provide an alternative approach -permanent and temporary marriages- with their jurisprudential and legal implications. Cohabitation is an abnormal, illegal, illegitimate, and anti-Islamic phenomenon which has grown as white marriage between individuals. Temporary marriage has initially created a negative image, especially in the minds of women in society, but if its real causes, conditions, and benefits are examined, we find out that marriage and its existential philosophy are crucial to Islamic society. This marriage is for those who do not qualify for permanent marriage but still have physical and sexual needs. This research is a descriptive-analytical research which has attempted in a library-based way to address most of the jurisprudential and lawful aspects of white marriage and then, distinguishing these two issues is so significant. Due to lack of religious and social legitimacy despite its prevalence and negative consequences for individual and family, the necessity and the benefits of permanent and temporary marriages as alternatives in today's society are indicated. 3 - The differences and similarities between temporary marriage and the phenomenon of "white marriage"

The importance and position of the family institution as the core of human societies and the pivotal role of family formation in Islamic societies are directly related to marriage. The coexistence of two opposite sexes together only in the religious framework and formally creates an executive guarantee and is considered legal. Therefore, anything that is achieved through other principles is in the category of unstable communication and may be considered as a limitation for relatives and family originality. Marriage means the creation of a marriage between a man and a woman, which in custom, law and order, is an important and sacred marital covenant that creates moral, legal and social obligations for both men and women. One of the most obvious and tangible examples of this case is the permanent marriage, common among the Abrahamic religions, including Judaism, Christianity and Islam. It is accepted and has legitimacy that in this research will be the place of study and I wish it would be the most. On the other hand, regarding the emerging phenomenon of white marriage, we should refer to the social and organizational system of Western countries, where in recent years and the establishment of emotional and marital ties in this structure has been promoted outside of legal issues and traditional traditions. Informal and illegal marriage has a special place that has become more or less popular due to cultural exchanges in Islamic societies, including our own country. From the author's point of view, temporary marriage and white marriage are two separate categories. So that one was derived from the doctrinal foundations of Islamic societies and the other originated from the unsettled customs and social requirements of other societies, and while they corresponded to each other in some aspects, but in some ways we see strong differences between the two issues.sexesseksTranslations of sexNounFrequencyجنسیتsex, sexualityسکسsexروابط جنسیsex, sexual relationsجنس مونثsexاحساسات جنسیsexتذکیر و تأنیثsexVerbسکسی کردنsexDefinitions of sexNoun1(chiefly with reference to people) sexual activity, including specifically sexual intercourse.they enjoyed talking about sexSynonyms:nookybonkingrumpy pumpya bit of the otherhow's your fatherpata-patafornicationcarnal knowledgecongresscommercecoituscoitioncopulationsexual intercourseintercourselovemakingmaking lovesex actsexual relationsmatingthe birds and the beesthe facts of lifesexual reproductionreproductiondo itdo the businessgo all the waymake whoopeehave one's way withbedknow in the biblical sensetumblebonkget one's oatsboffget it oncopulatefornicatepossesslie with/togethercoupleswiveknowbe intimatehave sexual intercoursemake lovesleep with/togethergo to bed with/togethermateseduce2either of the two main categories (male and female) into which humans and most other living things are divided on the basis of their reproductive functions.adults of both sexesSynonyms:genderVerb1determine the sex of.sexing chickens2 more definitionsExamples of sexeswrite in the child's name, age and sex8 more examplesSynonyms of sexNounnookyfornicationcoitussexual intercoursethe birds and the beesthe facts of lifedo itcopulatefornicatebe intimatehave sexual intercoursegender39 more synonyms Manuscript profile
