  Rural tourism is an activity which is effective in rural development, economic development, prevent migration and rural development.  Iran rural areas in recent decades with the evolution of social, economic and especially physical and in some villages, the transition to create focused centers of rural tourism and rural tourism has become the focus. This study aimed to investigate the reasons for the development of tourism in the village Patagh and trying to study the implications of rural tourism in the area. The population study of 90 families residing in the village Patagh are using Cochran formula, 71 households were selected as research subjects. Data were analyzed using SPSS software is factor analysis was conducted. The results showed that the combined factor analysis of the original 29 variables, six factors were identified that 74.4% of the variance explained by the effects of tourism on the village Patagh. has been able to explain 40.3% of variance study. Physical and social context, lack of facilities in rural settlements is more important than others. Based on these factors and their effects, it can be concluded positive effects of rural tourism in Patagh more significant and negative effects and causes of rural income, employment and investment diversification in the rural. lack of access to data, lack of cooperation by the relevant organizations.
