        This study aims to investigate and explain spirituality in the workplace and its three dimensions (meaningful work, sense of solidarity with others and alignment with organizational values) have been conducted with job involvement. In terms of the above research purpose, in terms of data collection, descriptive and co relational. The study employees of Islamic Azad University, Science and Research, which is the time limit for the year 2016, were selected by simple random sampling. A sample of 300 respondents of this study was to gather information from questionnaires MILIMEN and others (2003) and job involvement questionnaire Congo (1987) to spring up using standardized questionnaires its validity was confirmed as formal. Cronbach alpha reliability also through a spirituality questionnaire 0.935 and 0.840 job involvement questionnaire was calculated. The results showed that the spiritual status and job involvement among the research community has been moderate. In addition, according to the calculated correlation coefficient (0.607) and achieved significance level (sig = 0.000) between spirituality and job involvement is positive and significant relationship. So one of the ways to improve job involvement is improvement of spirituality in the workplace. Keywords: Manuscript profile

        The purpose of the current article is to investigate the relationship between spirituality and employee burnout of the Science and Research Branch of Islamic Azad university of Tehran.The article defines burnout in three dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of individual success. Spirituality in the workplace has been conceptualized as work with meaning in individual level, solidarity in group level and alignment with organizational values in the organizational level.The population of this study ,which is composed of over 817 people , are the total employee of the Science and Research Branch of Islamic Azad university.Among these, according to Morgan & Krejcie sampling table, 277 were randomly selected.To collect data, Maslach burnout questionnaire (1981) consisting of 20 items and Miliman & et all spirituality questionnaire (2003) consisting of 20 items were used.The validity of questionnaires is confirmed by using Expert opinions & pilot implementation.Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient test was determined 93% for spirituality in the work place and 87% for the burnout rate which is acceptable.This study analyzed data on the descriptive statistics including frequency, percentage, mean, medium, standard, deviation, variance and charting and on the inferential statistics analysis was done using Kolmogorov – Smirnov test, correlation & independent T test and regression.The findings of the current research reports that there is a significant, inverse relationship between spirituality in the workplace and burn out and with the rise of spirituality in the workplace, burn out reduces.Some of the demographic variables such as age and working experience are related to job burnout. Moreover aging as well as working experience can lead to increased burnout.However, we found no association between spirituality in the workplace & demographic variables. Manuscript profile

        In the present era, the importance of the citizens as one of the vital resources of organizations has been perceived. Accordingly, their behavior can also be of importance. For this reason, many researchers have analyzed the citizenship behavior. On the other hand, the workplace is one of the factors that play a role in organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, the purpose of the present research is to determine the relationship between spirituality in the workplace and organizational citizenship behavior among the personnel of Kerman Martyr Organization. The research is of descriptive-correlational type carried out as a survey. The statistical population consists of the personnel of Kerman Martyr Organization during 1389(2010). Random samplying was used to select 190 people as the subjects. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The data collection device for spirituality in the workplace was the standard questionnaire of Milliman et al, and to gather the data on organizational citizenship behavior, a researcher-devised questionnaire was used. The findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between the variables-spirituality in the workplace, sense of community, and alignment with the organization’s values-and organizational citizenship behavior.     Manuscript profile

        Today, many organizations, especially education, are seeking to improve performance. Considering the high demand for products and services of organizations as well as enormous environmental changes, it is not only the products and how it is delivered, but also the use of appropriate tools and measures for the organization's objectives towards human resources and organizational and operational goals such as the realization of organizational missions and There are more perspectives for organizing. Hence, attention has been paid to human factors in order to meet organizational goals and missions. In this research, the relationship between organizational support, spirituality in the workplace and organizational performance of education workers has been evaluated. In order to collect the required information, a questionnaire was given to 89 educational staff of Pakdasht city that were selected by simple random sampling method. To investigate the relationship between variables, regression analysis and correlation analysis were used. The results showed that improvement of organizational support and spirituality indices in the work environment improved organizational performance of employees; meanwhile, mediating spirituality in the workplace in the relationship between organizational support And performance has been confirmed. Also, the results of covariance analysis showed that the demographic characteristics of employees did not affect their organizational performance. Manuscript profile

        The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating role of working life quality on the relationship between spirituality in the workplace and employee productivity of all Urmia University Staff. The research method was correlation and statistical population included all (630 people) Urmia University staff in the academic year 94-95 (2015-2016) Out of which 230 were selected by simple random sampling method. To collect the data, the standardized questionnaires of quality of life by Walton (1973), questionnaire of workplace spirituality by Mylymn et al. and questionnaire of employee productivity by Eccio (1980) were used with proper validity and reliability. Data analysis method is structural equation modeling. The results indicate that spirituality in the workplace impacts directly (β=0.15) and indirectly on mediating role of (β=0.70) on employee productivity (β=0.85 in general). Work life quality also has a considerable influence on employee productivity (β=0.79). Manuscript profile
