This study aimed at investigating the effect of authentic leadership on mental health through mediating roles of areas of worklife and occupational coping self-efficacy. The statistical population of this study were all employees of a public company affiliated to the Ministry of Power, from whom 325 were selected through stratified random sampling. The instruments used in the study consisted of Authentic Leadership Questionnaire (ALI) (Walmba et al, 20008), Areas of Worklife (Leiter and Maslach, 2004), Occupational Coping Self-Efficacy (Peasanti et al, 2008), and General Health (Goldberg and Williams, 1998).The proposed model was tested using structural equation modeling (SEM) using path analysis. The bootstrapping method was used to test the mediation Effects. The hypothesized model of the study fitted the data reasonably well. The results indicated that authentic leadership had a significant direct effect on areas of worklife (p < 0.001), areas of worklife had a significant direct effect on occupational coping self-efficacy and mental health (p < 0.001) and occupational coping self-efficacy had a significant direct effect on mental health (p < 0.001). The results also supported the mediating roles of areas of work life and occupational coping self-efficacy between authentic leadership and mental health. Manuscript profile

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of hope center parenting training on parental self-efficacy of mothers of preschool children. The research method was quasi-experimental, pre-test-post-test and follow-up with experimental and control groups. The statistical population of the study was preschool children s mothers in Isfahan in 2020, of which 30 mothers were screened through accessible sampling. Finally, 30 mothers randomly assigned to the experimental group(15 mothers) and the control group(15 mothers). The applied instruments included Instructional Hope Center Parenting Package(researcher-made) and Berkekeys Self-efficacy Questionary(second version, 2005). Participants in both groups completed Berkekeys Qelf-efficacy Questionary in three stages. Data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance in spss software. The results indicated the effect of the hope center parenting on the score of positive parental self-efficacy in the post-test stage and the stability of this effect was in the follow-up stage. These results suggest evidence that training of the hope center parenting to increase parental self-efficacy in mothers. This research can be useful for psychologists and counselors in the field of parenting and choosing the type of intervention to educate parents. Manuscript profile

The currents study was carried out to determine the relationship between the self-efficacy and general health with family function on male high-school first grade students in Tabriz. The research method was correlational research. The statistical population was all first grad male high-school students in district four of Tabriz which added to 2400 people, out of which, using Morgan's table 331 people were selected as sample size. The sampling method was cluster random sampling. To gather the data three questionnaires namely, the family function, Sheer's self-efficacy and General Health were used. The inferential statistics (Pearson's correlation, and stepwise regression), and SPSS software were used to nanlyse the data. Pierson's correlation coefficient expressed that with decrease of somatic symptoms the rate of family function in the dimension of role, emotional mixture, and total function increases(P<0/01). and also by reducing the anxiety symptoms the rate of family function the dimension of problem solving, relationship, role, emotional mixture,  total function increases (P<0/01). By reducing the depression symptoms the rate of family function in the dimension relationship role, emotional mixture and total function increases (P<0/01). With increases  social function the rate of family function in the dimension problem solving, relationship, role, emotional mixture,  total function increases (P<0/01). Generally, there exit appositive correlation of (0/47) relationship between General Health scale and family function in a significant level of less than (0/01). , there exit appositive correlation of 0/25to 0/36 between self- efficacy and family function in the dimension relationship, role, emotional mixture and total function (P<0/01). The three factor depression, self- efficacy and in the participant social function total predicting 0/35 of variance family function (0/001).  Manuscript profile

T he aim of the present study was to examine the mediating role of social problem solving in the relationship between types of  self-efficacy and anger.Three hundred and ninety students (228 females,162 males) were selected using multistage cluster sampling method from Shiraz University. The participants completed the Social Problem-Solving Inventory. (D’Zurill et al., 2002), the State and Trait Anger Expression Inventory (Spilberger, 1999), the Emotional Self-Efficacy Scale (Kirk et al., 2008), the Creative Self-Efficacy Scale (Karwowski, 2010), and the Perceived Social Self-Efficacy Scale (Smith & Betz, 2000). The results of path analysis indicated that all types of self-efficacy were significant predictors of constructive problem solving but only the creative self-efficacy significantly predicted non-constructive problem solving. Dimensions of social problem Solving were significant predictors of anger as well. Moreover, the mediating role of social problem solving in the relationship between types of self-efficacy and anger was confirmed. The fit indices indicated that the model had good fit indices.
