        Background: Entrepreneurial management is clarifying the process of creating an opportunity to create value through innovation and advantage of opportunities. Although there is not enough literature and resources in this relation, however, the role of entrepreneurship in government agencies is gaining momentum. Aim: The aim of this study was to examine the relationship of risk perception and decision making styles with entrepreneurial behavior. Method: The sample consisted of some 101 Tehrani cultural managers who were randomly selected. Descriptive methods, Pearson correlation and multiple regression weres used to test the hypotheses. Devices for data collection in this study consisted of Entrepreneurial Behavior Questionnaire (Shafi Abadi, 2011), perceived risk (Benten, 1993) and decision-making styles (scott and Bruse, 1995), respectively. Data: The results indicate that risk perception is inversely related to entrepreneurial behavior. In the entrepreneurial behavior, detecting targets (266/0- = R, 05/0> P) is significantly associated with risk perception. also the style of decision-making style as predictors of entrepreneurial behavior were reasonably and effectively perceived. Conclusion:  The subject of this study reminds the entrepreneurial management, the way that entrepreneurial management in various public areas can provide areas for improvement and that this system can reduce stagnation and inactivity.
