This study aims to identify the relationship between organizational silence- organizational forgetting and employees’ performance. The statistical population includes 670 employees in Science and Technology Ministry, 244 people were selected by stratified random sampling using Morgan Table. In order to collect data, standard performance questionnaire of Carry Hersey and Blanchard(1998), organizational silence by Vakula and Broadus (2005), and the questionnaire of organizational forgetting by Moshabbaki and et. al (2011) were used and their reliability and validity were confirmed.  The collected data was analyzed through SPSSS software and inferential descriptive statistics. Using Regression Test, it was proved that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational silence and organizational forgetting and employees’ performance; organizational silence and organizational forgetting cover approximately 46% of variations in employees’ performance rate. Performance decreases by the rise of quiet organizational silence, acquiescent organizational silence, and pro-social organizational silence. Also, performance decreases by the rise of intentional or accidental forgetting.  Manuscript profile
