  The aim of the present study was to investigate the impact of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and personnel creativity at National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company (N.I.O.P.D.C). The study from the point of objective is practical and from the point of method is descriptive-survey.The employees of NIOPDC in 96-97 in Hormozgan province were 200 employees. Based on Morgan table as well as random sampling and with 10% additional, 140 people were chosen for the research.The data in this study are collected with the questionnaire of transformational leadership bass and olivio (2000), organizational citizenship behavior Lee and Allen (2002) and Personnel creativity Kualho et al (2011).The questionnaires’ validity was calculated through Cranach's alpha test and the resulting value was acceptable.it is 0.904 for TL, 0.858 for OCB and 0.785for creativity.The hypotheses were finally analyzed with SPSS and SmartPLS software through Multiply Regression. The findings show that there is a positive and meaningful relation between the transformational leadership and organizational citizenship behavior and personnel creativity.Transformational leadership (Idealized Influence(Behaviour and adjectives)) hass signified affect on organizational citizenship behavior individual.
